I still remember the video of Sarah Squared going to pick that TT up.... kinda nice to see the project heading in this direction, making room for the Bronco hopefully soon!
Sarah you are amazing because after all these years, you still use the pink tool set that someone gave you early in your TH-cam days. WOW, and now you are giving TT away. Be well. Cheers.
I'm glad to see you giving this car away. Hearing you talk about it over the past 6-12 months, I got the feeling you had lost the passion for the project. It has definitely thrown you plenty of problems with zero reward for your efforts.
That awesome that you are now far enough in the career to offer such a outstanding give away, with your OCD and perseverance it’s going to better then when Tater was just a wee lad
Hi,DEREK sent me from VGG. It's really cool that you're restoring a TT,one of my favorite cars. It's also cool that you're giving it away.I can't even afford a car,or to enter the contest because of the money this car would deserve to be properly cared for and maintained, but I'm still happy to see it :) Thanks Sarah for the Awesome content !!!
I love this channel… back in the day I had an SVT Focus, and my buddy had a TT. With stock,,,TT’s suspension was sooo much better at speed. The SVT really held its own; the TT did it more gracefully. Navy shipped my SVT to Oahu, and back. It was the _best_ island car.
The video where you went to get the TT has always been one of my favorites and now we will see you finish your vision of the car and pass it on to the next person. I’m sure the TT will have more than a hint of your essence going with it 😊
Being the owner of a TT I have truly enjoyed watching every video on tater tot. It has given me ideas on what to do with some of the problems I’ve had. Thank you!
Hi Sarah @8:15 funny how you mentioned that oil level sensor I am replacing mine this coming week and putting a Rennline aluminum skid plate on my A3 to protect that babe. I am running TT factory lowering springs on my A3. Hence my profile pic. Brought the family to a tulip festival and the surface was marsh and let's say the bottom of the car didn't appreciate that. Always appreciate your channel and OCD I can relate. 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Hey you can literally count on your hand the number of things you need to disconnect from the engine of a '68 Mustang to pull it. Speaking of, i still have faith you are going to take on that '68 Mustang project.
I know the feeling of letting a vehicle go. Had a '76 Chevy Monza in highschool. LOVED that car. Could drive through 2 feet of snow and never skip a beat. That was my first loved car. 2nd was an 84 Chevy S-10 4 cyl 4 speed stick. 200k miles and other then brakes, battery, tires all I had to replace was a clutch. Last is my 03 Ford Ranger. 300,600 miles, and have to sell it :( . 3 out of 22 vehicles in my life that were wonderful!
End of an era. This car brought me to the channel and caused me to buy a Mk1 TT Roadster for a project with my daughters. I'll be entering to win, but sad to see this and the associated content with it go. While I am blessed to have the ability to have multiple projects, this one is close to my heart with the girls involved. Looking forward to see what the replacement is! Keep up the hard work and from one vet to another, cheers!
Oh no I've gotten so used to seeing the TT around it will be sad to see it go, whomever gets it I hope truly appreciate all the hard work Sarah's put in, and even more with her OCD You know it's going to be an excellent job.
Love your system of placing bolts back where they go and labeling things. Only if it were common practice. Working on my first tt after getting into vw tdi cars. Thanks for your videos. Kinda wish I could pull motor without disconnecting the ac lines but so is life 😢
I remember the mess you had when changing the Haldex fluid. Look at a video on changing outboard lower unit fluid, It's the same principle. Put the inspection nut back in before you pull the filler tool out of the bottom hole. Maybe you're OCD enough to try it again while you have it in the air. Hope it works for you.
Not sure if Audi is the same as VW, but on most VW's you can leave the wiring all connected to engine and a few large connectors at engine ECU and near battery. Just leaves battery cable at starter and ground wires and engine comes out with loom and all
I found this channel through looking for a TT, still haven't found one, but stayed because: Sarah... Love your sense of perspective. Going to be sad to see TeeterTot go to a new home but whoever gets it will have a car that has been lovingly treated.
Wow I had one just like that but with the blue interior... I miss it so much! So fun to drive. I don't think I'd run this one in the snow because you put so much effort to clean it but it was the best winter car I ever had. I'd be so glad and thankful to win this, just to know you owned and drove it! Your channel is the most entertaining and I learned a lot from you. Thanks for the giveaway, it's so kind of you! 😍
No doubt this car will be done right and literally clean enough inside and out to eat off of when delivered. Hopefully whoever gets it will keep it that way so Sarah doesn't sense a disturbance in the force.
No disrespect but i Love when you work on the TT, also did not mind the MR2...you made me love my TT even more and changed so many parts because of seeing how you worked on TitaTott
I love my fully built TT. This will be your most satisfying build to date. Go all the way with your build including the FSI crank (2L stroker.). You will love it.
My pockets aren’t deep enough for that unfortunately, I’m hoping I don’t end up upside down as it is on the giveaway after I finish the car. That is how I intended on replacing the TT!
Usually it is easier to leave the harness on the engine and disconnect it from the ecm. Don't 100% know on the TT since i work with VW commercial vehicles but usually it is kinda the same across the brands. Also there should be some brackets on the engine to lift it and be able to remove the gearbox.
I would thought all the hours hard work you put into tt you would of keep it x but whoever you give the tt to really hope they appreciate the work you done . And hope they keep it and not sell it . Love watching all your content on here x
I hope someone who really wants and will take care of the car will win. Can't wait till it's finished and running the way you always wanted it to. Another fun Sarah video. More TWSS and TWHS, makes the videos fun and puts a smile on my face every. single. time.Oh wait, forgot to mention how those eyes of yours in the beginning of the video looked, not sure if it was lighting, but wow, they looked amazing.
I subscribed when you got the B5 audi wagon with the bad valve stem seals. When you got this TT i got super excited. I got some entries just in case luck is on my side and i could park tater tot next to my other 2 VWs
Sad to see TT go and little content of it. Audi content is likely why your channel was recommended since I'm on my #4 Audi with a heavily modified B8 S4. I still watch though since you do quality work. I'm car shopping for my daughter... wink, wink, nudge, nudge
You stay trim by staying busy. Stay busy, stay trim😎 the TT is looking great. The engine work should be a big improvement. If I had room for another car, I’d get after it but there’s a restored ‘83 MB 240D base model in that garage bay along with a Triumph Bonneville Black. My trusty old Dodge pickup lives outdoors. The third bay has a big wood lathe…in the middle, my TDI. I won’t live long enough to use them all up. Stay cool, I’m watching every move and loving every minute.👍🏽

I like the idea of the coolant circulation pump it helps cool the turbo down when owners shut the car off instead of letting it idle and cool down. Read the owners manual to all the owners that only use it the first time adding gas or to find the dipstick or figure out how to replace a fuse 👍 yesireebob
Hello from France.
Givaway? 😀 *sh_t* I'm French 😖
4:46 : a robot just died somewhere 😅
😂😂😂
All about the TT....s 😆
👀
4:46 : I don't know about robots, but at least 1 human had a serious increase in heart rate....
@@SarahnTuned I dm u the n Instagram same user name as here I wanted to no are u wanting to sell ur k04 turbo if ur gonna upgrade now?
Came for the Audi, stayed for the Sarah. You are the most unique car channel I watch. Don’t ever change Sarah!
Ditto! After I picked up a used S4, I stumbled on this channel and have been enjoying it ever since!
@@viking5138 I have a 2017 S5. Mine has been great, no issues. Got it new with 6 miles on it. Coming up to 130,00. Hope yours treats you well!
Same.
Someone is going to be EXTREMELY lucky to have a Sarah built TT.
Yeah probably the only VW in history that wasn't a pass me down problem knowing Sarah's OCD means it will be done right!
"You have no idea how excited I am to clean this stuff up."
No, we actually have a pretty good idea. ;-)
Yeah, learned something today that I didn't expect to learn.
Came for the cars. Stayed because of you Sarah. You have the most interesting and unique car content of Internet.
My… how far you’ve come with your channel in just a few short years to be able to offer a giveaway! Well done, Sarah. 👍
A giveaway in the form of an entire working overhauled car ^^
This giveaway is a lot different than the others on TH-cam.
It has HEART. If I won her I would never let her go. ❤️👊🏻👌🏻
Absolutely like the jazz music in background! I'm glad seeing Charlie there help you!
This will be literally a very clean build. A must have.
Major disassemble, very generous that you're giving him away. Yes penguin's look cute wherever you stick them.😁
That paint shop did an amazing job!
I found your channel because of the TT. After the TT is gone I will still be here. I enjoy your videos on all the cars you work on.
I won’t let my Audi fans down after this.
Looking absolutely stunning today 00:09, Temperature must have dropped lol 04:47 wow
I still remember the video of Sarah Squared going to pick that TT up.... kinda nice to see the project heading in this direction, making room for the Bronco hopefully soon!
I think that was a 2Sara. I don't know what a Sara squared would be, but the mind boggles.
The sense of responsibility to keep the TT clean could be overwhelming.
Sarah you are amazing because after all these years, you still use the pink tool set that someone gave you early in your TH-cam days. WOW, and now you are giving TT away. Be well. Cheers.
"Hello people of the internet's." That intro sets the tone for all the videos.
Wow...Sarah's looking really good; I wonder if she has any Viking blood in her? The TT looks awesome, too.
I'm French.
Oh Sarah…that laugh is why we love you.
I'm glad to see you giving this car away. Hearing you talk about it over the past 6-12 months, I got the feeling you had lost the passion for the project.
It has definitely thrown you plenty of problems with zero reward for your efforts.
I've LOVED the TT since you a little S picked her up and road tripped it home! Awesome project and beautiful attention to detail!
I really enjoyed this episode. Seeing things come apart was really a blast!
That awesome that you are now far enough in the career to offer such a outstanding give away, with your OCD and perseverance it’s going to better then when Tater was just a wee lad
4:47 The headlights are on and aiming at the sky…very impressive Sarah! Lmao
I am staggered by your generosity young lady!
By the time you’re done with teetertot, it will likely be the cleanest TT in the world. It’s joint to be simply spectacular.
Sarah, your auto channel is great, so not typical for TH-cam. Thank you for being you
Every time I see the TT, I think of you and Little Sarah's trip back from Utah. Thanks for the video.

Your channel is my favorite. You regularly surpass yourself.

Navy shipped my SVT to Oahu, and back. It was the _best_ island car.
Love the way the gloss black top flows into the back glass!
As a so-so car person thing myself, watching some of your videos with your dry, deadpan humor warrants a subscribe.
Thank you!
I was almost upset for a second when you said you were giving it away. Then I realized, "I'm one of 'you'".
Your makeup is beautiful today. Your skills are baller, your cleaning is fabulous! I love a detailed engine!

I wish I can win this TT.... Just the fact you put into heart and souls for few years to making her.... It means a lot more that just a car by now!
I have wanted a Tetter Tot really bad ever since I saw your videos!!!
The TT makes me miss my A6 that I sold before going overseas. Great show.
wow!!!! That paint job made such a difference!!! :)
Thank you Sarah for working on TT again!! That is what brought me to your great channel. 1800 miles north of you in Alberta.

Of respect for you, when I see you working on cars.
That’s how I stumbled into your channel a while back.
Sarah, I just binge watched all the episodes of the TeeTerTot build. I am sad to see it go...
4:47 must have been Chilly in the shop👀😱😁
The merch is very cool. I personally dig 80's vibe and Mount Fuji tees.
Gosh Sara I wish you were my daughter
Just so proud of you.Your just amazing.

I've changed oil on a few Audi vehicles and they are hung up on using cartridge oil filters. This one actually has a spin on filter. 10:29.

I've actually been shopping for a TT! I think I'll put the search on hold for a couple of months because this is the perfect TT.
I could watch you work all day.

I recommend going the *_new_* headlights route. 😊🆗
Sarah, just pure genius on fixing stuff up. Penguin taught you well!

Bonus points for the Rage shirt.
Enjoy your videos smart young lady I like how if you don’t know ,you find out how and do it yourself but above All, I thank you for your service!!!
The last part of that comment answered the first part in a roundabout way. If can’t figure it out.. you better learn fast!
Always fun , the penguin line, just offered so many possibilities...
Great work, Sarah! The only way to get a TT better: Pulling the engine!
What a great idea for a giveaway and another entertaining video. I do hope the person who gets the car does treat it well and takes care of it.
I wonder if WD watches lol
I came here originally for the TT so will be sad to see it go. Looking forward to see it's journeys end. And can't wait to see what's next.
I'm confident there will still be TT content on your channel even after the TT is gone. Thanks for indulging us miss Sarah😍🤗
This is great. I actually subbed to you because of the TT. 🥺

One thing's for sure Sarah, with your thorough attention to detail, this will be a quality, turnkey ready car for whoever wins this. 👌
Hi Sarah before you put back the motor in the TT you have to replace the one use sub frame bolts and grommet
I would thought all the hours hard work you put into tt you would of keep it x but whoever you give the tt to really hope they appreciate the work you done . And hope they keep it and not sell it .
Love watching all your content on here x
Looking forward to your review! You should take it to the track!
That wheel and tire combo plus fitment is on point! 😎
I've loved every moment of your TT adventure. You taught me a lot watching you work on the Tot. Whoever gets it should treasure it.
Lol, I love your OCD, because now I know there are more people like. Glad to finally see more of Teter-Tot , and looking at getting some hoodie merch.
Cant belive your giving that away its what got me to your channel. Hope the next person looks after it
I hope someone who really wants and will take care of the car will win. Can't wait till it's finished and running the way you always wanted it to. Another fun Sarah video. Like the eye liner .
All those yellow lables! I'm so impressed! ✅⭐️
Someone's gonna be the proud owner of a better than new Audi TT here cause we all know Sarah is gonna make it right!
Went straight over to get a mug and then...
And believe me, we *ALL* have an idea of how excited you are to clean that stuff up. lol
I subscribed when you got the B5 audi wagon with the bad valve stem seals. When you got this TT i got super excited. I got some entries just in case luck is on my side and i could park tater tot next to my other 2 VWs
Looks cold in there! 😂
Like you it has fine lines and looks fast standing still!

You can drain coolant into a clean container and reuse it
Nah, I don’t like doing that stuff. Not that it hurts anything if it’s done right.
