2.which mail will I provide ? manager mail or the mail which was used to create GBP ?

Hello Amit i have one suspended gmb listing which is working but i cant modify or post updates actually what happen it was not a physical location and i updated this is store front so when i try to re instalment they asked me for banner of shop or board of shop after that i was worried so i did not contacted them back how to resolve the issue please let me know.
Your listing has been soft suspended. If you have claimed it to be a physical location, they are going to ask for proof of it. There is no way around it. Hello Amit, I have 2 listings that got suspended. Google replied after 8 days saying:
We have reviewed your request and can not reinstate your Business Profile at this time, because your profile continues to be in violation of the Google Business Profile quality guidelines.
Your profile has activity from a previous manager/owner’s account that was suspended for violating guidelines.

Unfortunately, our business profile has been hard suspended due to content that violates the platform's policies. Despite our appeal, it was not approved. I have already updated our category and description accordingly. Now reappeal option not visible.

before it had very less information about the business so I provided a lot of more information good quality pictures, working hours recorrected Address.

Yup, the address seems to be the issue here. GMB is too much sensitive about the address. Please make sure that you are using either visible address or service area. We have a video on quality issue that you watch to diagnose your listing about other issues too and then reply the GMB email (if you received one) or contact them on their helpline. It should solve the issue.

I have submitted a reinstatement with the usual, Yes-Next-Submit approach, after seeing this video I have found out that my business comes under SERVICE AREA, Can I submit reinstatement again, is it advisable. I did that in that past, but I received a mail from Google that only one ticket per business.
You should not submit the request again, you should reply to their email. Reinstatement requests are taking longer than usual due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Google is now taking 2-3 weeks in getting back to reinstatement forms.

Actually google service & repair business ko hata nahi raha hai lekin is category ne google listing ka bahut misuse kiya hai isliye in par kafi strict action liya ja raha hai. double-triple listing on same address, fake review, aur incorrect category hote hi listing ko suspend kar dete hai. restaurants ki listing to sirf OTP se hi verify ho jati hai aur studios ki listing ke liye OTP bhi nahi lagta.

If they are your images, you can file for the claim by opening that image on GMB listing and using flag button.

You get two answers to answer this question, yes or no and if you select yes that means you are violating Google's terms and conditions and you won't get any further question. As I have said in the video you MUST have only one listing for a business at one location unless its a chain and there are multiple stores in the same city, state, or country.

I had a listing of my packers and movers but in July 2018 Google suspended my listing and after that its was remain in that state for almost 11 months i.e. till June 2019, and my listing was performing well even after suspension. I requested so many times for reinstate but google never lift the suspension. Suddenly in June 2019 Google removed my listing from their search, and now my business is not showing anywhere in search. I request again and again for reinstate but nothing happened. Please help me to get my business again on Google local listing.

Hi Amit, I have been facing suspension issue of my GMB account just after it got verified through postcard code. I have made changes in the account as suggested by you in other videos, like not to infuse keyword & put all the data correctly. Thank you for this vdo.. but my listing was suspended since the day I installed the app. Initially the location of my business place was wrong... It was placed somewhere else by Google I had to fix it. After that I followed your instructions and filled all the details. The only problem here is I am not able to copy URL because when I try to do that it shows a message that my busyness is not yet listed so it is asking to to do the registration process again...I don't want any more complications hence I did not try to do the registration again.. please help. I see no help from Google as there is no customer care number or email... waiting for your reply... thank you
