That bowing green that reminded you of Grandad, you went by there in the last video. Have delivered into Manchester Airport since 1984 but nowadays it's so much more difficult to find anywhere. Last delivery was in there by Jet 2, Monarch was a bit further in. When that A380 first started coming to Manchester they had to service it near the fence by the fire station and while waiting to tip stood on the back of a low loader to film it taking off, only to find I had not pressed the video button so just had one photograph! Not been to Knutsford but assume it is on the park where they have the circus and the fair when they come to town. Don't know the date but due in Scotland at the start of September to do the Scottish National Road Rally. Congratulations on the 800 subscribers, very well deserved with your excellent content. I won't be jealous when your numbers fly past mine. 😉😉👍😁🤣🤣
Thanks for the support bud, I think it will be a while yet before last your sub count. I believe the Knutsford show is at the Royal Cheshire Show Ground, (as you come off m6 for knutsford and head towards Northwich) I love delivering to the airports, so much to see
Great again Darren some tight places there coudnt believe that bloke walking behind your truck when was reversing crazy!!! Hope weather stays fine for you when you go Knutsford i went other year rained all day lol 🤣🤣
Enjoyed that mate, quick question where did you do your test? Atherton?? reason I ask is just passed my theory and looking at test centres now and heard bad bad things about that one! Truckfest Peterborough I've been to but heard Knutsford is good too, may see you there in Sept.
Thanks bud. Yes passed in Atherton and tbf I had no issues there. I wouldn’t worry too much personally as other people may have had a not great drive on their test and it’s easy to blame the centres. As long as you give it your best and try not to let your nerves get the better of you, you will be okay. I might look at the Peterborough one next year as I’ve heard great things about the truck shows
@@Life_of_Darren Cheers Daz, I am only starting out on Class 2 then working my way up to the Class 1 hopefully, didn't fancy going car to artic! Oh Peterborough is no more now, they have moved it to Lincoln!!
Hi daz good vid just subscribed you went thru tyldesley I live just out side only Been there a few year use to live in newton heath not sure if you know the area Still work in Manchester run out of Smithfield market enjoyed content 👌
No don’t own a truck (as of yet 😀) currently employed by a small company near where I live. Luckily I’m in the same truck on most days unless placed on class two to help with cover
Hello..i recently got my C category ..and now im doing CE lessons..how hard is to get job as a new driver? Im 37yo and truck driving was always my dream job.. I guess for continent deliveries you need some experience first..but what's your experiences when you were a rookie ? Thanks
I would recommend registering with agencies at first as they have a lot of vacancies that may take on new pass drivers, they might not be the perfect job but it will help get the experience. Also have a look on indeed there’s more companies recently taking on new pass drivers due to a shortage. Good look bud
Thanks
Thank you bud

Thanks for the like and sub bud, that blue car was a massive pain indeed. Some people are oblivious
Thank you 👍👍
Yw bud
The invertor is surpassing expectations then? :-)
Well… it blew a fuse in the truck today 🤣 and the wire felt a little too warm so may have to change the power lead for the socket

What's that gaming device you've got?..
Steam deck, well worth the money if your into gaming on the go
@Life_of_Darren Nice, hoping to get my inverter in soon and set the tv and xbox up. I'll have a look at that though 👌🏼
@@chapperz_truckin sounds like a great plan, crazy that you can have an Xbox and tv in a truck these days 🤣
@@chapperz_truckin with the steam deck you can play pretty much any pc game you own on steam too
@Life_of_Darren which storage size have you got? Think I'd be more interested in a steam deck than getting another pc to be honest 🤣
