Is there a tip to fitting the trolley wheels and those difficult star lock push washers?

Good to see the bottom vent has redone but does it make it perform any better? The one I have burns for hours at 350* with all the vents completely closed giving users no temperature control. Would be nice to see you make a great kettle BBQ one day.
