17:56 Those gold plated pokemon cards were from Burger King happy meals from 1999 roughly. They came in a plastic pokeball and a CoA. You could play them because they had the same moves as the original cards but for obvious reasons you couldn't have them in your deck. Alot of people that did play the cards would have the "paper" card in their deck and would switch to the gold card when they played the original.
The golden card was from a BK set from 1999, i think for the 1st movie if I remember correctly, they came in a pokeball at the time. There's a Pikachu, Togepi, Poliwhirl, mewtwo & charizard. They're like 23 k plated gold. They usually sell for 4 to 12 on average for just the card, a little more for a complete item. Card, ball & box, but not terribly much.

Those random sailor moon dvd’s you have are of a different dub and a different edit this season 3 is not as edited as the original run of season 1&2 and their 5 seasons of sailor moon all five do have a blu ray release in blu ray/dvd special editions (though the newer releases have the better Japanese video transfers)
I'm surprised you did't pick up the HIdden fortress. That's the inspiration for Starwars. He stole the Idea for starwars from Hidden fortress. I used to have the gold ones. They used to come in a pokeball they're from buger king they were from their kids meals I think. #Wow
