When you look good you feel good and when you feel good you look good, they go hand-in-hand!! I wish more people understood this, they'd be so much happier ❤️ My dogs make those dream bark noises too and move their paws like they're running in their dreams, it's adorable!!
Thank you & Risa for making this video. It's wonderful to know there are ladies over 40 are there in TH-cam world, who still wants to look fabulous. Yay! Keep up the videos
Love the tips. I turned 40 this year. The only thing I would add would be take great care of your teeth. I believe healthy teeth and gums is key to overall health
Excellant tip Becky B! I am 52 and I FINALLY had necessary repairs that I have been putting off and made the plunge for braces. And all I can say is yes, it is an expense...but it is so worth it. But just regular checkups and good dental hygiene is the key to overall health and just feeling better. :)
You did such an amazing job with this video!!! I am feeling quite inferior right now! Lol Thank you so much for your sweet words, I wasn't sure about the time we've known each other either but you are probably right. That's another thing that diminishes over 40, your memory!! I'm so happy to do this collab with you and I know you will be extremely successful in this journey!! Xoxo 😘
+Risa Does Makeup Haha! You made me laugh! I needed that...it's been a rough couple of days. Thanks Risa! I loved your video and ideas in it too! :) It was a fun collab to do!
Thank you both Risa Does Makeup & Stephanie Marie!! You both had great advice & reminders too!!! I'm really trying to make some changes and develop new better habits! Y'all did an awesome job!!
Thank you! You covered some great topics. I had a kidney stone about 3 1/2 years ago. I got sepsis and lost my hands and feet. I was a lot like you before I got sick. I couldn't turn off my mind and go to bed so I peddled around the house. I was very OCD. I was on top of everything and no one had to do much at my house. Boy was that a wake up call. I would like to see you do a minimalist around the house. I believe when you live in clutter than your mind is cluttered. I'm subbing. I came from Risa.👍🏻👍🏻
Hi Stephanie, I totally agree about the facial oils. My skin has improved so much since I started using facial and body cleansing oils and maintenance oils. The internal maintenance that you were talking about is so very important also. We know our bodies better than anybody and hopefully everyone has their yearly checkup so they know what their body is missing or where they are having problems. I personally believe in organic components for my body, I'm not a very big eater and I suffer from the same problems that you have with gluten and diary products so I use supplements to help my body stay as healthy as possible. I enjoy your channel. We are practically neighbors, I live on the Northshore. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to do these videos for us. Take Care. ~Barbara
I prefer to watch youtubers that are in my age group that offer advice and chit chats. I have to say that you are becoming one of my favs!!! Thanks Stephanie!!
Thanks for this video!!! I also love risa's channel. You both have very different styles and you complement each other very well! I agree with the items in your list! Specially with having a go to look. Mine is actually my quick mommy make up look! A quick easy routine that gets me out of the house in 10 min! So finding the right foundation and under eye concealer is key! I am married to my bye bye under eye concealer and my NARS all day luminous foundation. I never curl my eyelashes until I had my kids and I wasn't sleeping too well. It really makes a difference! Luke is definitely a member of your channel! That was hilarious!
Stephanie, I just love you and Risa! I watch you both and am so glad to have someone who understands things we lladies might want or someone who will understand and help out on things WOMEN come across in life and how we can make them work for us. Thanks for your videos!
I'm so glad that's helped you! I'm actually thinking about doing a series on eyes. I just haven't figured out how to work it in. Thank you so much Sarah!
Eye series sounds great! You have lots of helpful techniques. I have small eyes, and with age they seem to be shrinking. I'm buying your eyelash curler too. Never had luck with them, maybe it was the shape. Take care.
Hi! I want to say it's from this video: th-cam.com/video/lOpYp8F6l40/w-d-xo.html It's not the most perfect eye tutorial but I included some tips in there that seem to have helped people! :)
Hi Stephaine! I agree with all of the lifestyle tips! I'm not so good at drinking water or exercising regularly, but they are too things I want to improve this year. Having a signature makeup look is a great idea too. I have a very simple go-to look for every day. Luke is so funny! When he barked, my cocker spaniel, Elphie, jumped up and ran down the garden barking very loudly in response! She couldn't figure out where was the other dog! Lol! Have a wonderful day.xoxo Daphne.😊❤
Oh no!!! Luke is causing a ruckus! LOL! Good luck with the water and exercise. I'm having a hard time getting myself into that routine myself. It's GOT to happen though!! Enjoy your weekend! :)
I found these tips helpful even though I am well beyond 40, funny how our bodies change as we get older. I need to get my hands on the shape tape per your recommendation. I use one from IT Cosmetics right now, it works o.k. I never leave the house without makeup because I'm too pale and it's not a good look if you run into someone. There are things I wish I could have been able to ask my mother if she were still alive but this is a wonderful platform to share as women here on youtube. I learn so much from all you beautiful youtubers out there. I had a terrible time with getting enough sleep when I went through the change of life years ago and never thought then that exercise might have helped. I'm so glad I found your channel and look forward to listening to you. I think Luke was dreaming, our dog does that sometimes too!
+Victoria Briseno He's been dreaming like that a lot more frequently lately. I wonder why! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. That's how I feel about the It Cosmetics concealer....I still have it but it's just ok for me. Thank you Victoria!
Came over from Risa's channel and so glad we did. You are delightful! Terrific tips. Thanks so much. New fans and subscribers (and new channel). Looking forward to watching more of your videos. - 2 Real Chicks, aka Carla and Cindy
Great tips. I am especially working on #5 this year. I would like to use a waterproof mascara but I feel like I can never get it off. Can you recommend an eye makeup remover that works well?
+Jens Happy Home I'm partial to oils like L'Occitane or DHC Cleansinf Oil. You apply them just like a cleanser but before you wet your face then rinse them off then cleanse. 👍🏼Thank you!
Your dog is so cute! Loved all these great tips it's all so true .I'm over 40 I can truly say I do most of these found a few great tips I didn't think about thanks
Great video as always! I am catching up on all your videos. Your tips are spot on! All you really need in life is ShapeTape, a bottle (or 5) of water and a sound machine for sleep. :) I am not sure what type of exercise you enjoy but I can whole heartedly recommend Pilates. Find a studio that has the Pilates equipment...it will change your life! You have to supplement with some type of cardio but Pilates is fantastic for strength. mobility, balance, sanity, etc....
Stephanie I love this! Thank you💜💜💜. What shampoo and conditioner are you liking right now? You were so spot on for fine hair with the living proof and briogeo products! 💜
I'm glad you're enjoying those products! I've been using and loving Redken All Soft shampoo for my "good" shampoo and the Organix (I think it may be just OGX now?) Coconut Water shampoo for my daily kicking around shampoo. I've been using the OGX Coconut Water Conditioner daily when I'm not deep conditioning. Their coconut water shampoo/conditioner smells good, is hydrating yet doesn't weigh my hair down and is inexpensive. I like it! I just got the new L'Oreal Clay line to try for hair with oily roots and dry ends. I'm excited about that! I'll review for sure. I'm also interested in OGX's O2 line but haven't tried it yet. Thank you! :)
Stephanie, you are such a breath of fresh air on You Tube, please never change! I'm 36 and quickly noticing all the changes, from grey hair to extra weight I can't keep off, always been very skinny. How do you deal with not eating bread? I'm European and bread is such a staple in our cuisine. Do you have it just once a week?
+Nellyzen I've substituted gluten free bread when I want it at home...usually in the mornings or occasionally at lunch. But it was trial and error finding a brand I liked! I do eat it much less because there aren't many restaurants that have GF options. I'll cheat occasionally with something I really want but almost always end up regretting it the next day. 😩 I've heard that GF people here can eat bread in Europe, etc because it's not processed the same as it is over here! Thank you so much for your kind words! 🤗
Yes, you are correct about the bread in Europe but I've been here for 10 years. I like the Costco french bread, I think that is the most similar to what we have over there. I tried gluten free and it tasted like cardboard? I also like to make pizza at home. You're welcome!
Wonderful tips and suggestions. I am rather new to your channel, but find myself looking for your newly uploaded videos. Excellent content, and you look so polished and professional. Looking forward to seeing what videos you create in 2017!
You're one of my new faves here on YT. Your videos always have such good substance! Enjoyed this. (Glad you didn't edit Luke's dreaming out -- an endearing inclusion!). Best, Kristin
New subscriber here. I am also a huge fan of Risa's and find her to be very talented and real as well. Regarding brows..I've been using REVITABROW ADVANCED that I purchased much less expensive on Amazon. If you use it nightly, it absolutely renders noticeable results. And...your expression this video at 22:55 is priceless and made my day! Thank you for not editing that out.
Thanks for sharing your tips! I really struggle with making healthy decisions because it's so overwhelming to try to get the recommended amount of sleep and drink enough water and eat enough fruits and veggies and get the right amount of exercise. And then you still have to work so you can pay the bills and spend as much time as possible with friends and family, and I'm stressing out just listing everything. lol I get so overwhelmed that I tend to say "screw it" and just do whatever I want to, but that's no good comes from that. lol Luke was in fine form in this video! 😂😂 I hope you had a wonderful weekend!
You're absolutely correct with those struggles and finding balance. It can be overwhelming! Preparing and planning and time management is so hard sometimes. I totally understand! Baby steps!! He certainly was wasn't he!? LOL! Have a great week!
I have just recently found your channel and have enjoyed watching a few of your videos. You mentioned that you have a food sensitivity. I have a gluten sensitivity and was wondering about makeup and beauty products b/c I was told to check what I am using. Do you have any suggestions for those products?
Hi Vickie! I don't have to worry about my skincare products with gluten, thankfully. Gluten can't be absorbed through the skin because the proteins themselves are large. It affects me when I ingest it though food. :( If you're extremely sensitive, you would also need to be careful of lip products and facial cleansers, toothpastes, etc...anything that you could ingest accidentally. I have noticed that many skincare and makeup products do list when they are gluten free. I came across this site that lists many brands/products that are GF: urbantastebud.com/gluten-free-makeup-and-cosmetics-list. It's not complete though b/c I know most of Laura Mercier's and Tarte's products are GF as well. Hope this helps a bit!
Stephanie Marie Thanks for this SM! I just realized my body scrub had gluten in it and I was quite surprised about that. I've tried to cut it out of my beauty products as well, but it's not something that I've been focusing a ton of energy on since eating gluten-free is hard enough!
I am fairly new to your channel and am loving your videos. I am 45 and so enjoy watching others my age who I can relate more to. You had so many great tips and ones I want to incorporate. I have wanted to try a good probiotic for the first time and you sold me on yours! May I ask what it did to make you notice a change?
+MsBoliqua I notice that my stomach doesn't pooch out as much as the day goes on. It just makes me feel equalized or something all day long. I just don't get that bloat when I take it like I do when I don't.
Wish a lash curler and good mascara do the trick, unfortunately my lashes are short and straight. I'm thinking of trying out Rivitalsh have you tried this?
I haven't yet. I'm trying natural, less pricey stuff first. I already use pricier skincare and am trying to save somewhere! I will try it if other stuff doesn't work though!
Wow, your first two tips are what I have been spending the last year of my life focusing on. I too have given up inflammatory foods, but to a higher extent because I follow the autoimmune protocol diet, and if you're interested in this way of eating check out Sarah Ballantyne's book The Paleo Approach, or Amy Myers' book. They have some great recommendations on supplements and they recommend a soil-based probiotic. The diet however is not an easy one to follow so eating paleo maybe a good start! To help fill out the face and heal the gut, I also highly recommend Vital Proteins collagen or Perfect Supplements Collagen Beauty Waters and their gelatins. Read up on why both of these are so important, along with consumption of bone broths. One last aside, your pup must really love you because he's always right there while you're doing your videos. Super cute! 🐾
Hi Stephanie, I was on Risa Page, and heard Risa say You from Louisiana, I am from Louisiana as well..I have been subscribe to your channel for a while..
I'm a lot older than you, but all you "tips", were great and helpful (hair, concealer especially)! But, have to say Luke was the best entertainment for me!!❤🐶
+Kathy U I hope they work for you. My mom kind of eyeballed me when I was going on and on about them a few months ago. So I have her some of mine to try and now she's been ordering her own! Lol!
Steph love ya but Luke really needs his own youtube channel...he is soo cute and funny..love all the tips..can u get those probiotic pearls at any of the drugstores?
+Renae Brook Haha! He's a pretty popular little pooch! I did a search on their website and looked at a few of the drugstores they showed but my local ones didn't carry them. 😕 Thank you from both of us!!
I have found the Pearls on various drugstore type websites in the past, but usually get them on Amazon since I have Prime and love the two day shipping. I always keep them in my shopping cart, so I check time to time since they fluctuate on pricing. A few months ago they dropped to $3 a box. Yeah, that was probably a mistake, but I hurried up and bought three boxes. And sure enough, they went back up in price to around $20 after I placed my order. I don't feel too guilty since I buy so much stuff on Amazon. But prices change constantly there, so keeping things in your shopping cart and checking in every once in a while is a good way to check prices since they will list all price changes of things in your basket. And I love Luke as well - he is so full on personality! He is DARLING!
I would love to know what lipstick you were wearing in this vid. I've been searching for this shade my entire life. I'm sure it's too late to ask now 😩😩😩
So many great tips Stephanie! I agree about those kidney stones, they are the worst to experience. I'd rather give birth to my children again. I keep my water with lemon slices going for prevention. I have Crohn's disease, so the probiotics you mentioned I need to try. Also trying to go more gluten & sugar free as well. Thanks for all your tips, Luke is too adorable! I have 4 guards here...they perk up when they hear him in your videos😊. Anne
It was HORRIBLE! I get migraines and have given birth twice...I can take some pain! I've not experienced anything quite like it! Well...migraines are horrible too but in a different way! I hope the probiotics help you. My friend with Crohns eats very much like I do. She always feels worse when she doesn't. Love those fur babies! Thank you Anne! :)
I am the same as you, I am 43 and I also do videos just to share my experiences and what I love. I don't want to gain anything from it either! nice to find like minded youtubers!
Been subscribed for awhile, but first time I've actually left you a comment. 🤗 I wanted to mention that I was laughing at your mascara since my big blue Super Size was sitting right in front of me. I actually haven't used it in awhile, but I use a primer first now. Never really knew what they could do for you and had only seen the Dior one, but now Loreal has one. It is in a white tube called Voluminous Primer / Base. I put this on everyday before any mascara and it makes a HUGE difference! Mandy Davis (another over 40 MUA used the Dior one as her Holy Grail, but now uses the Loreal one 😃). You should try it. Also I watch Tati, and she tried so many dry shampoos for volume trying to find a cheaper alternative for her like 3 million subscribers and suggested Pantene Pro V Dry Shampoo and now even uses it herself! I also just returned my Tarte Shape Tape. It is just too...want to say thick but that isn't the right term. I opted for the Lancôme Waterproof one. I use a very small amount and most times don't even have to set it. It may seem expensive - I want to say $32. But it has just over 1/2 ounce! Check your concealers and see how little are really in those tubes (not sure about the Shape Tape since I don't have it), but most are like .17 ounces or something and run $20. As far as your lifestyle changes, I am guilty of probably most of them to some degree and have started plans to work on them. You have just reinforced that I am on the right track, so thank you!!!! 👏🏼👏🏼❤️
I'm glad you're commenting! The last time I used a primer (Lancome), my lashes straightened back out. :( I'm going to try it again today. I have a tube I've used literally two times just sitting in my drawer. Now *I'm* laughing b/c JUST YESTERDAY, I was in Walgreens and grabbed the Pantene dry shampoo b/c of Tati's raves! I also grabbed the entire new L'Oreal Clay line (including the dry shampoo) to try out and review since it's for oily roots and dry ends...that's my hair type!! Truly, concealers and foundations are so personal. I have a tube of the Effacernes concealer and just don't feel it performs as well for me. I feel like I look a little more concave in that area (if that makes sense?) and tired. I DO use it if I'm doing any water activities though since it's waterproof...that's why I own it! Thank you for commenting and watching Misty! :)
Stephanie Marie It is so great to share products that work for those of us no longer in our 20's and 30's. I hate the word 'MATURE'!!! Need to find another word to describe us! I get up around 5 am and get home about the same time, so maybe I will send you an Instagram pic of my under eyes after 12 hours. Lol I do add a tiny drop of the Cover FX Custom Radiance Drops (oil) and just tap that one tiny drop over the Lancome concealer. My hair is so dry I never worry about dry shampoo or greasy hair...I would have dreads before greasy hair (tested that out once in my younger days)! But good luck, want to hear how the Pantene works. Btw, my Instagram is actually, Mykessa (you know the old story, if I had a daughter I wanted to name her that) when I first started playing around, I didn't realize it would be important to have them all the same. Lol My snap is still Misty or Misty_fn (another story) have no idea what I am doing on that. 😂 The only person I snap with turns out to be Christina who owns Jouer Cosmetics. 😂😂 Love her products and such a beautiful sweet down to earth woman!!! Funny, too. My first snap. Probably felt sorry for me. 😂😂😂
Yes, snap me a pic! That's cool about Christina. I've still never tried any Jouer cosmetics! I've heard they're good but I've never tried any! I hear you about "mature"...I know people search for that word for anti-aging stuff so I know that's why it's included in titles and things. But yes, it makes me feel OLD!!
Stephanie Marie Hope you don't mind the Instagram pic I sent. It would have come under Mykessa. Also SkynIceland is on sale on HauteLook, about 50% off. Cate Blanchett swears by it. Lol
+Misty Anderson I haven't been on today yet between family stuff and filming and cleaning up! But I absolutely don't mind! I'll be on in a little while! Thanks for that info! :)
I would really like to do what you do I am an honest person and kin of like you but I have no idea how can you please help me please I’m disabled and not sure how to get started can you please help me I would so appreciate it I am 46 years old and I have MS could you please help I really appreciate it thank you
I've actually read that there is no data linking the two. Sodas, yes. But as long as there is no extra sodium added to the carbonated beverage, it should be fine. But they are always changing findings on things so who knows what they will say about it next week or next month, you know? In moderation, carbonated water doesn't seem to be harmful to the body. I'm not an expert but I asked my urologist about coffee b/c of the caffeine...even a couple of cups a day isn't enough to cause them b/c of the water content as long as you're doing the other right things to keep flushing the body out. Data keeps on changing! LOL!
Stephanie Marie Data is definitely always changing. Who can keep up. My child's neurologist wouldn't let him drink anything carbonated with his meds (the meds possible side effects are kidney stones). I had struggled with many kidney stones and when I heard that from her I completely quit my Perrier habit. No more back pain or stones for almost a year now. Only trying to help. Kidney stones are the worst!
That's good to know actually! My migraine preventative med I take at night has that side effect. But when I asked my urologist about it he said it would be odd for it to all of a sudden happen when I've been on them for years. But, if I wasn't consuming much carbonation then and am consuming more now (even just one a day), maybe it makes a difference? When I got it, I wasn't drinking La Croix but have been since. I'm glad you chimed in here! Thank you! :)
When you look good you feel good and when you feel good you look good, they go hand-in-hand!! I wish more people understood this, they'd be so much happier ❤️ My dogs make those dream bark noises too and move their paws like they're running in their dreams, it's adorable!!
+NativeNYerChicHK It cracked me up so much I couldn't cut it from the video! 😂 Absolutely! It all comes full circle!!
Thank you & Risa for making this video. It's wonderful to know there are ladies over 40 are there in TH-cam world, who still wants to look fabulous. Yay! Keep up the videos

Becky B great point 👍
I've started regularly flossing only just this year. There's something about getting older that just makes you focus in on what really matters!

Love this video! Your tips always help me. Your eyeshadow as liner tip, has changed my eye game. Really makes such a difference! Love your channel.
Take care.

Thanks Trish!
Here from Risa's Channel! Looking forward to your content. I'm 38, and love to see beauty bloggers my age. Good to know I'm not alone!

I am not sure what type of exercise you enjoy but I can whole heartedly recommend Pilates. Find a studio that has the Pilates equipment...it will change your life! You have to supplement with some type of cardio but Pilates is fantastic for strength. mobility, balance, sanity, etc....
Thank you! I used to do pilates and should get back to it. It really is great! Thank you so much Melissa! :)
Thank you! :)
Just found you and relate to you totally! Glad I found you. I will keep watching. Thanks for the tips.
Thank you Stephanie!
Great tips! I still have some time before I'm 40 but I feel these apply to me.
+simplylunar I'm so glad! Thank you!
+Nellyzen Yes some GF bread is terrible! Some is really good though!
Glad I found you and Risa!
Wonderful tips and suggestions. I am rather new to your channel, but find myself looking for your newly uploaded videos. Excellent content, and you look so polished and professional. Looking forward to seeing what videos you create in 2017!
+Cindy P That really means a lot to me Cindy! I really want my content to be relevant and useful to you guys. Thank you so much! 🤗
You're one of my new faves here on YT. Your videos always have such good substance! Enjoyed this. (Glad you didn't edit Luke's dreaming out -- an endearing inclusion!). Best, Kristin
Thank you so very much from both me and Luke Kristin! That's such a nice thing to say! Have a great weekend! :)
Love this video! very informative and Luke is adorable. Also you are very beautiful.
Thank you from both of us! :)
Oh goodness, I just loved your dog. He is too cute. They do have personalities, don't they? Thank you for all the great tips.
+Iheart2cook They really do! Thank you!
I found you via Risa's video. You ladies are so lovely. I just love fellow girly-girls of all tastes and ages.
+It's CRYSTAL! Me too! Thank you so much! Glad to have you here! :)
My dog got so excited when yours started barking. Gave me a good laugh!
+courtney west Haha!! 😂
Great videos, I needed some reminders for sure~ AND I'm glad you are safe!, our CockaPoo Georgie Girl has that kinda job around here too~ lol.
Thanks Deb! Love those doggies! :)
+Ranae Kabello I just couldn't edit it out! Lol!! Thank you for the recommendation! And thank you for subscribing! I'm so glad to have you here! :)
Have you tried rapid lash? It has done wonders for my eyelashes. They have one for brows too. They are available at Ulta.
I have not. I was trying the natural, less expensive route first! LOL! It's on my list if these things don't work though!
OMG your dog is so cute! Glad to see a vlogger in the same age group as i am in.
Thank you! :)
Great video and I just LOVE Luke. He's adorable ☺
+Susan Bishop 😊
I am fairly new to your channel and am loving your videos. I am 45 and so enjoy watching others my age who I can relate more to. You had so many great tips and ones I want to incorporate. I have wanted to try a good probiotic for the first time and you sold me on yours! May I ask what it did to make you notice a change?
+MsBoliqua I notice that my stomach doesn't pooch out as much as the day goes on. It just makes me feel equalized or something all day long. I just don't get that bloat when I take it like I do when I don't.
+MsBoliqua And thank you so much!! :)
Stephanie Marie thank you!
You look beautiful!!!. I love your videos, so natural, I love that.
Thank you! :)
What a great summary! Well said. PS. Love your dog😂
+IMHO Prince Thank you! 😊
Love this! I'm a new subscriber, came from Risa's channel👍🏻
+Renae Alviso Hi Renae! I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thank you so much for subscribing! 😊
Super cute! 🐾
Thanks for the suggestions! :)
Hi Stephanie, I was on Risa Page, and heard Risa say You from Louisiana, I am from Louisiana as well..I have been subscribe to your channel for a while..
Small world Lisa! Thank you! 😘
LUKE!!! LMAO!! That was great!
I'm a lot older than you, but all you "tips", were great and helpful (hair, concealer especially)! But, have to say Luke was the best entertainment for me!!❤🐶
I'm happy you enjoyed it and am glad Luke you had fun watching Luke! Thank you so much Susan!
OMG your dog is so so cute. I laughed out loud for awhile:))
Thank you! :)
Thanks for the Pearls probiotic. The one I use is not working very well.
+Kathy U I hope they work for you. My mom kind of eyeballed me when I was going on and on about them a few months ago. So I have her some of mine to try and now she's been ordering her own! Lol!
Omg 😱 lol her dog made me jump to funny 😋
thanks for the video I appreciate it.your awsome
What a steal! I'd have jumped on that too! I swear, we get multiple shipments from Amazon each week! Thanks for that tip!
I would love to know what lipstick you were wearing in this vid. I've been searching for this shade my entire life. I'm sure it's too late to ask now 😩😩😩
Moms Love Forever I was gonna ask the same thing , I love that color
OMG. your puppy scared me lol. Too many coffees for me today I think. 😂😂😂
+MelRos29 🐶😂
great video, love your dog. He is adorable!!!
Hehehe! I think your dog has the one or other tip for us too! You could be literally a sister from Angie (Hot and flashy). ❤️
+Sissi Over40 😘
I loved that, I have three & one barks they all bark lol x I'm still waiting for shape tape 😎
+Jane Burke Lol! Good luck with the shape tape! 👍🏼
I am the same as you, I am 43 and I also do videos just to share my experiences and what I love. I don't want to gain anything from it either! nice to find like minded youtubers!
+Sofia's mummy UK I'll check you out! 😊
Stephanie Marie I am loving your videos x x x
+Sofia's mummy UK Thanks!!
Great video 🙂Thanks for sharing
Thank you so much!
I love your dog! He's a cutie!

Hate to tell you but don't drink carbonated water either. Any carbonation will cause kidney stones as well.
Thank you! :)
Here from Risa's Channel! Looking forward to your content. I'm 38, and love to see beauty bloggers my age. Good to know I'm not alone!
