This is what really appreciate Steve's talent. LOVE this routine. I had a Willie working for me a few years ago and this wasn't far from the truth. A late friend worked in the sanitation business. Took a driver into a meeting room to fire him. He said as soon as the guy began spewing that he better not seen him “on the street “, he grabbed the guy’s shirt, dragged him across the table and pummeled him. Explained that “I wasn’t going to have him telling his buddies how he threatened to whip my ass. Let’s just get it on ear with now”. Made sense to me.
I was fired on my birthday by a boss I mistakenly took as a friend of over 7yrs. I returned my work phone...after changing EVERYTHING in it to Cantonese. I can be petty. I'm not sorry and I am glad that his life and work went to crap.
