My first time to ever have brats done this way was up in Illinois after hurricane Katrina when I moved up there, and it's still the only way that I will do bratwurst! Sooooo good! Great video Mike! 😋👍🍻

I’ve had my sns for a few weeks and it just doesn’t work like it’s showed to. I start it just like y’all show and temps run up to 275-300 with my vents almost completely closed. I don’t get but maybe 5 hours burn time. I prefer the snake method and would love to get my money back. Just my opinion and things I have gone through with the sns
This cook was done at a higher temperature. If you’re using the lighting method shown in this video, you will run at higher temperatures. There are different lighting methods for different cooks depending on what your target temperature is.
