Thanks for the video. Do you know how I can calibrate my compass on this model? I couldn't find calibration option in the main menu.

Many years late replying but the Venture HC had no electronic compass to calibrate. You had to be moving in order for the unit to tell you what direction you are walking.

I believe you could hook up unit to a computer and download map and waypoints.
