Thank you!! I’ve been trying to find someone with knowledge on how to prime the fuel system for forever , and I finally found this!!! Quick question, does it really help to be priming thet pump as you turn the key??
Any thoughts on why my fuel shut off solenoid is full a black oil? I had crank no start, took it off, cleaned it out, put it back in and then it would start. Then a few starts later the same problem, so I put a new one in and it is back to crank no start. I may try and find the thermistor and replace that, but after watching your video I could try a new fuel shut off relay. Thoughts?
It is within the engine oil supply so that is why it is full of oil.I got tired of burning out the fuel cut off solenoid and replaced it with a manual lever. You have to get off the tractor to shut it off so it isn;t ideal, but it works.
