    This was real interesting, Alex you are an engaging speaker and knowledgable to, and you appear to exude a wisdom beyond your years.What you said about the bodies of water like the blue lagoon being so important to the people of Jamaica and their equilibrium made a lot of sense,I hope your protests are successful and this access is not taken away from the people…I enjoyed listening to you.
    Come back soon to talk more on spirituality, history, society etc… Im so here for it.

    The sybils remind me of the iyami in isese/lucumi/ifa. I notice that most ancestral and traditional religions have some form of inner priesthood that’s strictly for the women; which embodies the mother goddess/matriarchal spirit. You even see it within the black church with the missionary board and the prayer warriors; which is all older mothers and It is even said that male pastors and bishops derive their strength and motivation from this group of women. I have also heard of situations where men that initiate into the religion of lucumi/Santeria have to initiate with their blood sister alongside them because the sister is the one that carries the divine ancestral lineage 🙏 ase, guidance and manners to all.

      @Gofidi16dem they are very similar if not the same. The iyami came yo me first and then I was led to the sybils and now have a school of remembering for us to relearn feminine spiritual leadership and traditional spiritual practices

    In reference to women, this US a huge problem with rap. Our men adopt these themes, devaluing women

    • @hallsofamentiascensionacad713
      @hallsofamentiascensionacad713 22 วันที่ผ่านมา +13

      Alot of men are writing lyrics for women and women are writing what they think will make then popular and doing what they need to, to get paid. This then infoms the population on the standards of women, through the music, lyrics, and the way it's presented. We as women need to take ownership and set better examples for ourselves and others.

      More like we have to stop allowing others outside of ourselves define who we are…it’s by design that this confusion is propagandized…more money is given to negativity than to positivity (artists with lyrics that degrade are pushed to the forefront while those who try to uplift are pushed down).

    A beautiful msg brother. But I think we shouldn't encourage people to protest. Spirituality is based on the truth. Knowing the truth will prevail. And peace is the greatest weapon. If you we want peace we must cultivate from with in. In the beginning everything was dark. The bird waits in the Egg. Darkness is a part of light. Telling a child that the fire will burn is futile. The best lesson is to let them get burned. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Violence even well intentioned always rebounds. Be aware when things are out of order. Don't let anger and pride consume you. From a mess of clay a portrait. A log of wood furniture. Reflection on the inside of the origins of you anger will help you determine the cause. Darkness is not a force to resist but simply an opaqueness. When the clouds pass the sun shines through. No evil for one who does not think of evil. Peace and Love

    Question: What is with Caribbean cultures obsession with the tyrannical matriarchy?

    • @karenl7786
      @karenl7786 17 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Question, what is some black people's, especially some black men's, obsession with white supremacist patriarchy? Do they crave dominance because of some interior weakness and thus are willing to sell out and reject themselves and ancestral practices and understandings to get it? Why are they so willing to buckle under white male dominance so they can be rewarded with the opportunity to violently oppress black women?

      This is where people falter. Everyone comes from the same place in the beginning and have a connection to it. How they choose to love life is how their perspective of it is changed and morphed into what it becomes. Some people follow for love of all, and some for self benefit. The balance is what defines where people are and are going. Besides, Africa is where it all started, but a great amount of love stayed there, while the cold up north brought out the fight for survival and self. Be wise, but beware.
