Wow, powerful effect! I love watching you work! I bet you fool many magicians! These obscure techniques u use make it seem like it has to be real magic cause there’s no other explanation! Niiiice! Thanks for sharing!Your friend, Barry
I really like this, but if the audience sees all spades in middle. I was thinking of doin the same set up w a red suit and add it to the spades, every other card, still in order, now it will be either the highest spade or highest red card. I dont like set ups either, but it makes the deck look normal. What about 3 suits or all 4 suits, and set up the whole deck. It couldn't be detected as a set up. If we mixed the same suit cards up a bit, then it becomes the SI STEBBONS SET UP, WHICH I DONT LIKE OR USE. LOL. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? IS THIS A GOOD IDEA? IM GONA TRY IT LATER. THANKS.
@@speedyturtle2537 Hello Mr. Turtle, not sure what you mean buddy. We do look at the cards at the end, to find the chosen card. Thats how we guess what the chosen card is. We need to search thru the cards at the end to see which one is missing. I am glad that you wrote. I wasnt thinking when i wrote my idea. If we dont put the suit in order, the chosen card is not going to be the highest card, it will be the missing card from a suit. Even if we include the 2 suits, , we dont have to put them in order in my idea, just next to the other suit of 13 cards, bur we would find the card much faster, if we did put the suits in order.. Same w 3 suits. Put them in order, but mix them among the other 2 suits all in numerical order, then if the mixed up 4th suit is picked , we can have that 4th suit anywhere in the deck, then when we see the 3 suits still in order, we will know to find what card is missing from the 4th suit. MR TURTLE, thanks for writing, so i could correct myself. Im sorry sir, im not sure i understsnd your comment . Did i answer it, sir or am i not understanding? You said it will only work if we look at the cards at the end. That is how Dan taught the trick, and thats how we find the card in my idea. We look for it at the end. Maybe you can correct me. Thank you again, you were helpful. I hope i was helpful to you. Let me know my friend. Magically & respectfully, glen
@@speedyturtle2537 Hi mr. Turtle, yes he did. Thanks. Now i remember. Lol. I had forgot, haaa, thats obviously y i had my idea, and you made your comment. Lmao. I appreciate you. Thnx for helping. I think Dans idea is awesome. But, w my idea, like you said, we can look at the cards. Thanks again my friend. Your help was needed. I think my idea mite work. I should have tried it and thought about it to get the kinks out. Lol. But, ya, since i forgot dan saying to count the cards, my idea wouldnt work, and im glad you kindly chimed in to help. If my idea sells for BIG $$$$, i will put MR SPEEDY TURTLE on the contract and send you half the $$$.. lmao Magical Blessings, Glen
Do all tens and face cards count as 10 or are jacks 11, queens 12 and Kings 13? Important for the "doubling". When I get face cards the doubling does not work
Seen a few similar effects to this and I've always loved these style tricks. I have one subtle tip. You said you can't spread the cards, but if you really wanted to, you could. You would estimate roughly when your approaching the stock of spades and then block push the 13 cards.
Thank you for putting out these tutorials. Gonna blow some tiny minds at my niece’s birthday party. Gonna help me prove I’m the fun uncle lol

So cool 🥰 thank you for teaching I find magic so fascinating 🥰
you can even look at the top card of the other pile while they shuffle and subtract one
I was thinking the same thing!
Fantastic. Have to test it on my co-worker before I quit and go to another company 😄
Awesome!
worth the set up . strong effect .

He said it’s better to count the cards at the end without looking through them.

Great trick mate👏🏻
Nice I didn't think of that
My mom : how you did this?? Where is my card ?? Me : 😏
Great trick…. 👍

The advanced method - if they are shovelled, how would counting 20 cards help you find their card ? This truck looks so cool but I’m so lost haha
It wouldn't help you to FIND it, but the number of cards over 20 would tell you WHAT card it was (well, the value - and you know the suit already).
i saw the short about this one and for the life of me could not figure out how he did that. great effect
Wait how’d you know if you didn’t even look at the cards when you were going through them? In the tutorial you have the cards face up 😅
I didnt get it, how would you know without flipping over cards
Count the cards and subtract 20. That’s the card they cut to.
Thank u... I still don't get it
I cant understand 😭😭😭
