I'm Korean. The image scares me a little, not for the disguise, but for the epidemic we are experiencing at the moment. Even if the government manages the situation well, that does not give the reason not to respect the health instructions. Of course, people wear the mask, but we know that it does not replace social distancing. I don't think this kind of event is recommended by the government. It's a bit worrying though.
I hear you. I wouldn't do that myself either. But not because of government wants me to but for my own protection.
