Through pipeline and electricity bill depend on season like in summer it will be little high due to ac and all as compared to winter but overall it is cheaper

I'm studying in Ukraine but because of the war situation , I'm thinking about transfer. In Ukraine we had lecture than the practical class in which teacher asks about the topic. After some time they take module on moodle(app) in which they ask mcqs. In the ending of semester they take final exam.
Final exam are after every 6 month
