You do.....but many people assume they don't have enough bone when they actually do. After watching videos I see that the way the implant is placed is different than you would expect so most people are candidates for this procedure without the need of bone grafting and what not.
I actually own a high quality dental laboratory. I've been watching your vids for a while and I'm subscribed to you. We do a lot of implant dentistry. I just finished a case for a Dr's father that has 16 implants. It went perfect. Looks awesome. You look like a great candidate for implants. I hope you get them.

Ok thanks. My teeth are all nice, But my bone just won't hold them. Now getting lose. I went to several dent, And all said I will have to do something soon. I lost one little guy on my lower so far. OUT OF NOWHERE. Just came out. It dint hurt and looked good. This sucks! Started watching your vids after that . Thank you for posting your journey it really helps. P.S. Your smile looks great. Been looking through your videos as I’m supposed to have my top teeth removed tomorrow 8/26. I wanted so badly to get the top implanted but had to pay $3000+ out of pocket just for the extractions after my insurance covered what they do with my pretty good insurance they still wanted $20,000 for a top bridge at Aspen dental.

I had a car wreck 26 years ago and my face destroyed and they managed to keep my teeth but later in life they started crumbling and I went to Bridge in front ..it caused a bone graph that died in the front and eventually infection became dangerous to my health and caused multiple issues to the point I had to remove all my teeth and this Dentist was so bad...i went threw entire process with out any medication or pain sedatives and it started braking the hardware out of my face such as I was ciming coming unscrewed . Dentures are the worst ..i feel so low in confidence I refuse to leave home .. Eating is impossible ..speaking and speech have become so bad I noe have stop talking to pretty much everyone buy my Moma because people make fun if me or constantly telling me how bad I look ..how my teeth aren't correct . I had to get on disability. 37 years I was the Leading Consultant in Texas for Hair Club for Men and eventually opened mu own company and now I been off having to get my teeth replaced . The Dr .kicked me out for complaining about the horrific God awful pain and actually called me an inbred ..he threw a fit and sid if didn't watch out with my complaining about how the original temporary dentures very painful to my jaws and face that he would charge me 3 x times more for my final permanent dentures I already had paid for at the consultation...he ended up kicking me out because I wanted to record him saying those awful words in front of the other patients and would not even let me glue my dentures in ...i ask fir glue at frint front desk ..the lab tech grab the public pen holder dug on the bottom of it and handed me a dried up tube with trash all stick stuck to it to use and I explained again I had infection ..please let me use a new tube of fresh glue that is sanitary because my face cost over $1 million to repair originally and i was scared . She screamed at me for being ridiculous and now refuse to finish my dentures or allow me to get reliner's or adjustments and refuse to make permanent set as we agreed at consultation . Disability Medicare will pay only 30% for dentures and I can afford to get new after losing 2900.00 and stuck with dentures no other dentist will touch. The Dr left a screw loose in my jaw and wrapped a wire around the end of the head of screw that is poking in my smile muscle in my jaw . It's painful and now my dentures defiantly will not stay in . I choke if I eat or drink..drool and have lost the total confidence in myself and so sick from the infection and pain that I can not return to work due to headaches and nausea. CONVID Virus had shut down other faculties at this point including Lawyers office to sew that Dental Office. You're story is so beautiful and just want to applaud you because you have given me hope again that I need right now to believe I may be able to smile again . God bless you! Usually you are only supposed to keep them in for the first 24-48 hours. I am not an expert so take what I say lightly but I took mine out after 48 hours per dentist's orders. Rinse with warm salt water to promote healing (several x's daily), put frozen bags of peas on face for swelling. Drinking a combination of warm and cold beverages helped me. Popsicles, ice cream, warm tea, soup, etc. If that doesn't work call your dentist. email me at kal32205@gmail.com
