It cannot be said, as decision of recruitment will be taken by Ministry of Health and welfare , But Nursing officer are always required for the running of Health Department. Exam name might get changed Or will be the same. But I am sure Nursing officer will get recruited through one or other exam.
First you need to have Central OBC certificate then download one certificate format which has been mentioned in AIIMS recruitment notification, Then you have to collect your parents income certificate and apply for NCL OBC certificate in your SDM Office. You will only get OBC NCL certificate if your family income is less than 800000 per annum
