2 General anaesthesia
3 local anesthesia
As you said that ki patient have infection in genital area..
Soo penus ke site pe local anesthesia use karenge couse local anesthesia was use to deal with minal surgery or small surgery jisse waha ka area ka sensation numb kar dega or pateint ko relax feel ho gaya...
