One who don't have the mind and heart to take this headache and have money to spare. And those who are in great urgency because of any reason! So its actually personal comfort against Economy!
There are builders working in top notch quality and profit ratio is not more than 15% max builder ko jo ghr 13 crore ka pre woh max 180 lacs tak profit rakhta aur ye us ka huq hota uski 1.5 year ki investment pr jo chez 18 crore ki sale hoti us pr kam sa kam 15.5-16 crore ki cost aye hoti It's not easy to earn A full time duty @@327propertiesOfficial

6 crore home with basement is cost otherwise without basement it would have been 11k per sq feet cost which is not true
So what should be the reasonable profit margin. Do keep in mind the interest rates.
