Now real estate is litter (waste of money). This sector should be taxed heavily and taxes should go to Government of Pakistan. DHA management appetite will increase day by day due low rate of transfers of plots etc.

U rightly pointed out that hefty amount is being charged on possession plots in dha lahore in account of security charges and non utilization charges . For example I paid 398720 in last week on my 5 Marla’s plot of Shuhuda town in total period of probably 5 years since possession hand over .
