Eclipse and profane are really good items on aatrox, a lot of KR and CN GM challenger pros do it. Sundered sky is only good when the item procs while not on CD when u are low HP. It is expensive, doesn't give as much AD as eclipse, and doesn't do a lot of damage. Also makes you auto attack reliant. Sudden impact is also super good rune on aatrox even if you don't buy lethality.
I found Ionian boots really helps his clear speed plus eclipse sundered sky. I might try the sorcery page but I think revitalize conditioning are the best scaling runes.

Voidgrubs (esp. 1st set) good for jungler himself due to insane level 6 timing similar to like season 11. You can have level 6 earlier than your sololaners lol with good farming junglers.
In season 13 because Jgl was broken and got autofilled Jungle I'd go Aatrox phase rush full lethality and it was just over.
Now? Lethality is so different it's not even worth going that build anymore.

naayil this season the void shit is way more impactful than drakes. drakes are almost useless now. as jungle your priority should always be the void grubs since teams have a way higher winrate with void grubs rather than drakes and soul
