Herbie were so good for Firewind. I watched them live again 3 days ago and Gus G, and the whole band are still giving 120% live. Firewind is among the most perfect live bands that exists today and they still make memorable good music.

It comes a time when after decades in metal you say "I've heard it all," and then something like this pops up and automatically your neck starts banging your head....then you know it's a good song... Firewind keep it coming!!!!
@Hellenic_Warrior He is not very thought of when people in the US think of Ozzy guitarists. They always think Randy Rhoades, Jake E Lee or Zakk Wylde. Even Brad Gillis is usually brought up before Gus in the US, even though Gus is probably better than all but Randy. I'm getting a private lesson from him before the Firewind show in my area in April so I know how amazing he is, I can't wait! Still trying decide which guitar I take since I don't have any ESPs anymore, and what to ask him to teach me!?!

Спасибо! Предыдущий в целом неплохой, но меня он не зацепил, получился какой-то проходной, хотя у парней потенциал есть(наглядно видно по последней вещи). И ритм-секция могла быть немного потяжелее, это придало бы полновесности. Но как есть, хотя из этих мелочей всё и складывается. Много пустых комментариев, а вы по делу, приятно общаться с людьми знающими толк в музыке! 👍
I was just thinking about buying a ticket to that show. I saw an add for the different " meet and greet" packages, I thought it would be killer to meet Gus. A true six string hero.
@@dvaoa2910 nope. I live up near Lebanon. I just saw it advertised, I believe here on youtube, a few days back. I'll have to go back and find that posting. I've been to the bigger venues in NH, never this one. Would be amazing to see Gus.

@@dvaoa2910 Excellent! He is a heck of a cool guy as well, I enjoy his video's he makes at home of his guitar playing and his cats. There are only so many groups my young children get into, I try to let them pick from all the stuff I have, somehow a FIREWIND tune was on a comp cd in the car and the kids totally were into it. Because its melodic and over the top. Just what I loved back in 85 when I was a little guy listening to my older brothers Ozzy and Maiden tapes. If all go's well, I'll see ya there!! Lol

I became a Firewind fan when Apollo was the singer, so Herbie's vocal style will take some getting used to. I mean, he's really good, but I'm still not free from my vision of Apollo singing in the band. The song is fantastic. Gus should take the Masterplan co- headline tour to Skogsröjet festival this summer.
