I am going on this ship in June this year (2024) doing the same itinerary as you with Riviera Travel which I believe you were travelling with. I missed that year as I was on another cruise but finally managed it now. I’m travelling solo but am sure I’ll be ok. Will watch your other videos as well. Thanks for the insight 😊
@@SwanSycorax Thanks I’m sure I will. Can you remember how long you had in Taormina? I have been before so might skip the walking tour if free time isn’t too long.
@@elainecox7058 As far as i can recall it was a few hours in the afternoon. We dropped anchor in the late morning, had lunch on board and were then taken ashore via tenders. Here we met with our guides who took us on a walking tour of the town and then we had free time to explore before we needed to bet the tenders back to the ship for an early evening departure.
@@SwanSycorax Thanks for that. I have been to the amphitheater before but want to visit a garden there this time and have another look at the shops 🤣🩴👗
Been on it...done it...unforgettable !
Thank you Sir👍
It's realy stunning. The wood work, so shiny. A top class ship and it realy can sail. Nice!!!
Thank you for creating this Brian, it brings back lovely memories of our sail.
Glad you enjoyed it. Now need to make time for Part 2!!!

Thanks Martyn. Look out for Part 2 - probably about a week away!
