The Three Peaks of Lavaredo complex is one of the most famous in the Dolomites and is located on the border between Trentino Alto Adige and Veneto.

Route and info
To get there, just take the road that connects Lake Misurina to the complex, but know that it is possible to proceed for free only up to a certain point since the last stretch, the one that leads to the foot of the Three Peaks of Lavaredo, is chaired by a toll booth. The cost of the toll, including parking, is 30 euros per car.
The path on the south side, that is the one where you will park, is very simple and clear, you will also meet the Auronzo hut and the Lavaredo hut immediately after the church.
From the Forcella Lavaredo instead you can decide whether to climb Mount Paterno (ATTENTION: via ferrata, venture only if equipped with harness and helmet, do not improvise) or continue the tour around the Three Peaks. You will also have the opportunity to gain some altitude by traveling only the first part of Monte Paterno and enjoy the view without taking the via ferrata.
Between you and the Locatelli Hut a series of parallel paths will develop that will take you across the entire north side of the Three Peaks massif. This is the best perspective for taking your photos.
At the end of the route you will meet the Langalm hut and a few hundred meters further on you will return to the parking lot.
