Perrie also has massive struggles with her anxiety and for at least a few years refused to travel alone, and I think she hasn’t lived alone either since she started to really struggle. Jade struggled heavy with anorexia as a kid and auditioned for X Factor either 2 or 3 times before the year she ended up in LM, and Leigh Anne tends to be the most private of them all, but has opened up in recent years about feeling very overlooked and outcasted by the media because of her being “the black member” of the group. Jesy leaving was a big shame because the girls seemed so tight even behind the scenes, but it’s been long since it all blew over now and all 4 girls seem to be in a better place. Jesy’s mental health issues and want to leave the group largely stemmed from her being harassed online for her looks, being slightly bigger than the other girls and having a unique look, the internet saw an immediate target and went for it, which is horrendous and I wouldn’t wish on anybody. The main thing is, for the better part of a decade, those 4 had each others backs and it was so amazing to see a genuine working friendship without jealousy or petty infighting, despite tabloids trying to question them into “revealing” things or pushing them about the legitimacy of their friendships the entire time. And it turned out some damn good pop music as a result!
Unfortunately for reasons (mostly by Nicki Minaj’s part with Jesy, involving Leigh-Anne) they are no longer on good terms. At least for the moment. Hope it changes in the future.
Being put in the group wasn’t about there singing talent. It was more to do with their lack of confidence. I also think the judges taught because they wore so young that being in a group would be best for them.

Jesy attempted suicide during 2013 whilst in Little Mix and she tried again during the last few months of being in the band in 2020. Jesy was hospitalised at the end of 2020 and the girls and Jesy's mum agreed it was time for Jesy to leave. Jesy was having panic attacks for the last year in the band and she said covid made her miss having a normal life and not having a schedule. Unfortunately it seems the other girls have fell out with Jesy. Jesy has said nothing but nice things about the other 3 girls but explained Little Mix's team and manager made her feel extremely uncomfortable and like she was not wanted. Jesy hopes she and the other girls can be friends again one day. I will always support all four girls. Little Mix announced they were splitting up a year after Jesy left and all four have gone solo.
Saying she’s said nothing but nice things is just a flat out lie, I don’t wish any ill on Jesy but that livestream where she let Nicki Minaj bully Leigh Anne for god knows how long and just sat there laughing about it is telling enough. People who are friends for a long time end up falling out hard because it has to be something deep that pulls them apart. Iirc maybe the most “savage” gossipy thing that came from LM’s camp was the song Cut You Off, which wasn’t a single or promoted stand alone at all. Saying all of this I also wish you no ill intent and hope you’re in a good place, but it’s really silly and untruthful to try and paint LM bad when you don’t know any of the 4 girls personally and Jesy was never the only member of the group dealing with mental health issues, so she shouldn’t get a pass for bad/questionable behaviour.

It's up to the LM members to move on and not you mixers, they will have to deal with it privately especially Leigh, so get over it. You mixers can't even move on, when privately maybe Jesy & Leigh probably moved on from the petty drama 🙄

34:20 Yes! One Direction, in 2010 a year before Little Mix, also came in to audition as solo artists but were put into a group and became 1D.
