We have a Eufy RoboVac X8 Hybrid (the mop function looks about as much of a joke as the Switchbot, we've never used it), and while we're been happy with it's cleaning ability, it has recently run into device errors causing me to reset it every time it has to run (and that requires more than just interacting with the app). This of course means, it doesn't run unless I do that. The whole point of the robovacs is to get the vaccuming done more often so you don't have to worry about it as often. So ours has failed us. So I've been looking for another to replace it with. This doesn't quite look up to my standards on what I expect from a robovac. I appreciate seeing another perspective though...especially one focused on smarthome stuff.
