    I sincerely mean this as a compliment - this is the best infomercial I've ever seen! Super informative, leads with a "shared interest" and introduces you to products that help you reach a desired outcome. I can't want to repair some of my older album covers using this techinique and will totally check out Bags Unlimited! Thanks for a great how-to!

    OMG!!!!! Where has this product been ALL MY LIFE?!!!! This is a DREAM COME TRUE for me! I've been using Orange Clean forever and trying different glues/adhesives for years, creating my own "system". I'm getting this NOW!

    Okay...I bought the Neutral PH Adhesive, the Un-Du glue/sticker remover, and that fancy spatula you use.... Just finished fixing four record sleeves (from the '60s) that had come apart because the glue had dried out. The vid was most helpful and the process worked like a charm. Thanks!

    I have a massive collection of music and a few damaged items, is there anywhere that offers this kind of service?

      They are called book weight. We no longer sell the purely metal bars but we still have the fabric weight. They work very well. You can see them here. www.bagsunlimited.com/product/5926/1-lb-fabric-book-weights-2-x-5-br-use-to-apply-pressure-during-and-after-repairs-to-brdocuments-books-and-magazines

    Any way to separate a gatefold that has stuck to itself with minimal damages?

    • @BagsUnlimitedRochester
      @BagsUnlimitedRochester  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think that would depend on what it's stuck together with and where exactly it's stuck. Do you have any of those details?

      @@BagsUnlimitedRochester I was moving some boxes and it was pinned between two boxes near the bottom. Both sides are glossy.

    • @BagsUnlimitedRochester
      @BagsUnlimitedRochester  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@williamwalker8201 , what is causing the covers to stick together? Water, glue, something else?

    • @williamwalker8201
      @williamwalker8201 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BagsUnlimitedRochester It was just weighted down under boxes. There was no vinyl or anything in it, just the gatefold. Since it is glossy, humidity perhaps?

      @@williamwalker8201 , oh i see. Hmmm...interesting issue. I wonder if a product like undu adhesive remover would work in this situation. Because there was no actual adhesive used, i'm not sure it would be beneficial. But were it me in this situation, i would try that first. A little goes a long way and it shouldn't have any negative effect on your album jacket. You can buy it from us here www.bagsunlimited.com/product/6818/un-du-adhesive-removal-br4-oz-container-bracid-free-and-photo-safe
      I would be hesitant from steaming it or anything like that. Can i assume you just tried prying it apart gently with a quality tool?
