The commentator with D1 was giving me a strong vibe that he was cheering for Larry Lurr. I'm not a fan of commentators being biased. He still did okay though
lol this is so long ago. I cant believe i commented this since Larry is like my favorite player now. Both of these players have improved so much since this video. I just rewatched it though and Pluto is definitely being a little biased; you can hear it in his voice. But he is still displaying a good knowledge of the game and comentating well. Im not sure why my original comment annoyed you haha
Joseph Franc right, I just said I PREFER when a commentator suppresses his bias so it doesn't affect how the audience perceives the match. And I am entitled to that opinion so I am not sure why it bothers you.
+DKMRFCBrlz The Z axis I'm not sure to be right, but if I understood correctly : When Ness airdodges, his model goes into the Z axis a bit -> meaning his hurtbox goes into the "background" of a stage, where no one can hit him. So essentially this makes his airdodges last longer than any one else, and seems kinda ...urgh. I don't know if he can or cannot put his hitbox (attacks like nair,or bair ) out of an airdodge while still being in this Z axis ,but that would mean he basically is able to throw out moves while being invincible... And so,what the commentator,Pierce I believe, said,is that this glitch that is present on most of the stages with 3D components is not working on Duck Hunt (and, As I suppose, not on 2D either ) so his air dodge become just a regular one .
+DATDUMBDOG i know FOW was getting edge guarded, but the commentators made it sound like he was going to try something using the ledge, saying "Fow is definitely trying to coax him towards the edge."
+a break a pause He was trying to see if he could possibly gimp Larry. Which would've been the easiest way for the way. Other than racking up damage since he was already up there with his.
So why not ignore it and enjoy his fucking life doing what he wants? This sensitive society we live in should get dismantled. And that's only going to start once people start ignoring idiots online.
Cause in stages like the Duck hunt and G&W normal and Omega it rids of Ness' ability to go into the Z axis which he normally does by air dodging that's why his air dodge is really good.
Nicholas Smith Well I'm not very good at explaining it but basically in this game you can dodge left and right but some characters have moves that make them move not left or right but forward towards you that is called entering the z axis Charizard can do it a bit on his dtilt but the most significantly move that does it the best is Ness' air dodge it's why it's so hard to punish because there's a lot of less frames that you can hit him before he leaves the z axis and air dodges or up airs or nairs.
but since game and watch and duck hunt are pixelated, there's something like an Easter egg that removes the z axis, because those maps are really pixelated, so there is no depth
Dominic Morquecho It still is a jerck move, even if it wasn't supposed to do that, he's taking advantage of his airdoge in a cheap way, even if Larry is the coolest, I feel like Fow deserverfed that one.
+ImagineAWorld Salt much? Both played phenomenally. If either one won the game, they would have deserved it equally. It is the best fox vs the best ness, after all.
ImagineAWorld How was it not fair? It's not like ness lost a major aspect of his gameplay or anything. It shortened his insane airdodge duration by the few extra frames it accidentally had, that's it.
Harambe vs. The Child
Geeses Dude....
Fow makes Ness look fun
+DATDUMBDOG Sometimes
He is
fox has an amazing recovery
+fuducker2 he means it's very vulnerable
+fuducker2 can't tell if troll or just really really dumb
Larry is definitely in my top five
Even tho Larry Lurr won, game 1 I think is my favorite game from FOW to watch. All his setups are so clean and creative.
The commentator with D1 was giving me a strong vibe that he was cheering for Larry Lurr. I'm not a fan of commentators being biased. He still did okay though
*as if you know anything about commentating* "He still did okay." smh

Robert Depo People need to chill with this bias shit. Everyone is biased, it mayters if you are transparent about it. I accept it
Joseph Franc right, I just said I PREFER when a commentator suppresses his bias so it doesn't affect how the audience perceives the match. And I am entitled to that opinion so I am not sure why it bothers you.
"It feels like he gets rocked for a minute and then he grabs you and you go away, you go to a dark place" LOL
Man these guys are so fun to watch. Great set
I wonder which characters have that zaxis airdodge/ other stuff
can someone please explain me what was that "C/X Axis on duck hunt" the commentator was talking about? The ness air dodge and that o.o
+DKMRFCBrlz The Z axis
I'm not sure to be right, but if I understood correctly :

oh wow, this background stuff does not look as obvious when you see the game but in a programming manner it looks useful :O thank you very much Delyan
why is it called the fow saga like the player?
+Ikoite thx
That was an awesome match. Good stuff!
comment if any of you guys train this way Ness is my main so I'll just keep going against level 9 CPUs ALL DAY
Hey, you still doing training? lol, I have like noone to play with myself
as a fellow ness/lucas main I feel you
¿How can, where can i know about the frame data of air dodging?
Kurogane Hammer.
could someone explain why fow was going for the ledge in game 5?
+DATDUMBDOG i know FOW was getting edge guarded, but the commentators made it sound like he was going to try something using the ledge, saying "Fow is definitely trying to coax him towards the edge."
+a break a pause He was trying to see if he could possibly gimp Larry. Which would've been the easiest way for the way. Other than racking up damage since he was already up there with his.
+Woody Tastic win*
Now that we have ultimate this game feels so slow and drowned out.
How did he not ban Duck hunt? Ness has a disadvantage on that stage, there's no reason to allow it...
When you realizeeeee that fow if wof backwards
Can someone please explain to me why doesn't say "Destruction" anymore?
D1*
+Fentydeluxe he does. watch the FOW vs Tearbear match. he says it in game 1
+Fentydeluxe he doesn't say it as much anymore because babies on reddit kept complaining about it.
So why not ignore it and enjoy his fucking life doing what he wants? This sensitive society we live in should get dismantled. And that's only going to start once people start ignoring idiots online.
Joseph Franc
Amen dude
Lucas is my main
Dk is the only character ness can use dair on
Not really. Sometimes it can be used in other characters.
I’ve used it on a Yoshii before
why was Ness air dodge so bad I am confused
Cause in stages like the Duck hunt and G&W normal and Omega it rids of Ness' ability to go into the Z axis which he normally does by air dodging that's why his air dodge is really good.
+goldenbaster22 so what is the z axis?
Nicholas Smith Well I'm not very good at explaining it but basically in this game you can dodge left and right but some characters have moves that make them move not left or right but forward towards you that is called entering the z axis Charizard can do it a bit on his dtilt but the most significantly move that does it the best is Ness' air dodge it's why it's so hard to punish because there's a lot of less frames that you can hit him before he leaves the z axis and air dodges or up airs or nairs.
+Nicholas Smith go to esams channel. In one of his videos, he explains the z axis. It's basically the depth of the map
but since game and watch and duck hunt are pixelated, there's something like an Easter egg that removes the z axis, because those maps are really pixelated, so there is no depth
That was a jerk move. I mean, getting rid of the z axis? That shouldn't be tournoment viable :/
Ness's airdodge going into the z-axis isn't really meant to be like that in the first place. Hes the only character that works that way.
Aabrar Rahman Of course they played well, I just don't think it was completly fair at the end.
ImagineAWorld How was it not fair? It's not like ness lost a major aspect of his gameplay or anything. It shortened his insane airdodge duration by the few extra frames it accidentally had, that's it.
every time I watch fow play he looses
