Big wheels are played out already, this wheel/tire combo is absolutely perfect! Thank you for not following the big wheel trend! Looks absolutely incredible
Desde argentina! Excelente, excelente como mostraste los pasos de la creación de las llantas y del diferencial, excelente! Ya q acá en mi país no fabrican ni medio tornillo.
Legend Man, blown away, especially intrigued with the work on the rear axle and suspension geometry. Those alloys are timeless and just right. I'm almost envious!
Fantástico Vídeo mas por las visitas a las fabricas de los proveedores de las refacciones manajar una camioneta nueva no tiene tanta emoción como una fabricada con especificaciones propias saludos desde México.
I always hear lowing springs/shocks can make a truck handle better but does it bottom out when hitting large bumps? How does it hold up when there's a load in the back?
I love the wheel and tire setup. Where can I find entire wheel setup? Seems like the amazon link in the video shows only one tire type and I’m guessing he has a different set for the front versus rear. I’d like to know the wheel set sizes for front and back too.
Don't blame the brakes when you leave the transmission in neutral. Also you may want to plug that filler hole in the top of the valve cover before you start to wash it......or not. Sick ass wheels though.
Thank you for the very real world and informative practical everyman video. I've been a C10 owner for 20 years and just learned more things about my truck. Also I never realized that Currie built their diffs from scratch which now I understand their price point. I subscribed to your channel. I see a lot of asshole comments as expected from the keyboard warriors and tree huggers.
I’d just like to say who ever edits the videos needs to tone down the music at some points it tends to drown out who’s talking and it’s kinda distracting
He's not bitchin', he's just whining,...... "Wah", "The music is to loud" "I can't hear what they're saying" "Wah"! "Your editor sucks" "Wah"! HA HAha haaa! Just messing with you dude! Have a good one! Shoot, I hope he can hear me, Haha hehe.
The music is appropriate for this type of web-made docu-series admittedly, the video editing was cracking me up a bit though. Mainly towards the end of this video. All of the cutting back and forth between a conversation that was happening a few feet away would have been a bit more smooth if the camera had just been angled medium wide so we could see the both of them together. The subject matter of the video is really what I’m after and these dudes know their shit.
i'm building 68 chevy pu with a tunnel ram 454 stroker but have 2 extra cabs with no rust one is air condition cab the other is stander cab will sell for the right price .i keep getting them for free same with 73 to 79 pu plus a lot of ford pu's or real cheap like the 65 chevy step side with no rust with 283 needs engine work for 100 bucks but has a good body and to get good motors to build get them out of motor homes so far i got 2 454 ho crate motors with paper work on them 450 hp at 485 torque stock , heavy rods steel crank and stroked to 4 in witch saved me 4000 just on the stroke plus the one only had 6000 miles on it with a heavy duty 400 turbo . plus u get oil cooler and trans cooler with twin electric fans that go on the front . fits perfect in a 68 chevy pu with a 94 serpentine belt set up that i got for 50 bucks with every thing . so far i have 1500 in my truck right now it still has the factory paint with full chrome trim . need the chrome around the lights and tires have wheels most important need paint for paint for it . this is y i'm selling parts for more parts that i need or trade for a cowl induction hood if i don't build one .
I think your lower ball joint / spindle combination is incorrect for your application. The hole for the cotter pin is miles away from the castle nut. lol
take the sway bar off the back, you dont need it and the bed will come down a bit. i dont see how thats a 7" rear drop with all that wheel gap, you should be almost tucking wheel with a 7"
I built my own by going to a salvage, picked up a ford 9 for 75 bucks, bought similar internals to what he got, then welded and drilled my own axles, overall, i paid around 900 to build it
Yes, sort of like every car wash and automotive shop across the country. Sort of like every single paved sq ft of land that vehicles go over. That's what treatment facilities are for, so snowflakes like you can sleep peacefully at night. Don't like it, do your part by travelling on foot for the rest of your life.
No hurt in going old school or “old man”. I’m glad you didn’t go with a pair of glitzy 19-20 inch chrome flamers like people keep doing lately. Looks good on 15’s. Now it needs a pair of meaty white wall Coker cheaters out back.
Doesn't anyone refurbish parts on vehicles anymore?I remember when you bought rebuild kits for things even the alternator. Now it's let bolt this new part on and everyone says wow.I don't think it's really a rebuild if you put together a bunch of new parts!
No thanks that looks like a hack job from hell no way would I put a steering column with all those fittings ,who ever design that mess should be fired !!! GM did it right the first time no reason to reinvent the wheel money unnecessarily spent...... garbage !!!!
Truck is coming out beautifully. There is definitely a difference between old school and old man. The wheel choice is perfect for the truck. It was cool seeing the rear end being built. I would have painted it before installing though. When are we going to see more videos on this truck?
The rake and stance on this thing is amazing. The 15" wheel/Tire combo totally worked. Great job guys. Bravo!
Great video. Great editing. No bullshit nonsense jam packed goodness. Thanks
It's nice to see someone retaining a static suspension design when most go to bags.
Big wheels are played out already, this wheel/tire combo is absolutely perfect! Thank you for not following the big wheel trend! Looks absolutely incredible
These videos keep me going on my 1980 c10 short bed
Real nice plan and execution, great looking truck.
THAT GUNK CLEANER DID SUCH GOOD WORK
im really liking this series. The hosts a great, and the non stop raw progress is entertaining. Editing and music were good too.
The HOA gotta love you guys!
Wheels and tires look nice like you said its all in the way it sits bad ass
Rines y diferencial, hechos a la muy vieja escuela.. Muy loco!
My fingers starts to itch watching this. Just want to get out and start wrenching 😀👍
Love the wheelfab segment
Desde argentina! Excelente, excelente como mostraste los pasos de la creación de las llantas y del diferencial, excelente! Ya q acá en mi país no fabrican ni medio tornillo.
Love the wheel and tire package. Truck looks good so far.
Uff! Tan sólo el diferencial que le puso conjuro costó mucho más de lo que me costó mi C10 modelo 1967.
I got so into this video I was late for work. I'm loving it! Great work
Very informative and interesting vid. Thanks.
Legend Man, blown away, especially intrigued with the work on the rear axle and suspension geometry. Those alloys are timeless and just right. I'm almost envious!
My pickup has a 15's and they look great .👍

I must be getting old building things seems to be all about buying things and bolting them in.
Truck is looking good!
I love the 15s! I despise the wagon wheel trend that seems to be so popular these days.
The music is great!
Y’all videos are fire.
what an awsome vid !!! loved it !!!
very good
enjoy cant you make a parts list for the great new items

Where. Can I get my rear end cut down
Come out of a 96 impala
Been waiting along time. Great video. Lots of meat.

Yea they really over do the fake shit to seem "entertaining". I hope they stop shits lame and annoying like forced reality TV "drama".
When you power washed the second part the carb waSnt covered.
We need more tried + true episodes
It looks good don't need to be any lower
very informative
What kind of degreaser did you used here?
what do you charge to do all that work on the front end???
Ive been waiting for this!
What steering column is that from?
nvm just found it on summit racing lol
At 1:00 of course remove the battery too...unless it's placed somewhere else.
I need a cab and title
para cuando la parte 4
should go to inline tube in shelby township michigan to order break lines /fuel lines u can get a whole package with everything ready to go on
The music is a little much...
Why is the dif cover welded on the axle? Wouldn't you need the cover?
Jon Vanlandingham its a ford 9 inch. There is no cover
3rd member comes out from the front.
When’s Ep. 4 coming out?!
where's the rest???
Tell me about the sun shade he has over his drive way
Nice.
:44, "brakes are the first thing that needs to get done on this truck, then shifts it into park"
yup. lost me right there. smh
Its a 3 speed manual. Not sure why he doesn't park in gear
Where can i find a steering shaft like that

Boa noite carro 1972 chevy Pu vai amém bom
I was about to say that was a lot of money to still have that much wheel gap
Whered you get all youre suspension
Did he say Flaming river for that rack and pinion bracket?
Correct!
Why are there only 3 parts to this build? Where are the rest???
I’d just like to say who ever edits the videos needs to tone down the music at some points it tends to drown out who’s talking and it’s kinda distracting
stop bitchin
He's not bitchin', he's just whining,......
"Wah", "The music is to loud" "I can't hear what they're saying" "Wah"! "Your editor sucks" "Wah"!

Does anybody know what the wheel and tire sizes are? I know they are American rebels on Mickey Thompson Sportsman SR tires but I wanna know the sizes
Wish I had a endless supply of parts for my c10 build.
Is there gonna be an update
i'm building 68 chevy pu with a tunnel ram 454 stroker but have 2 extra cabs with no rust one is air condition cab the other is stander cab will sell for the right price .i keep getting them for free same with 73 to 79 pu plus a lot of ford pu's or real cheap like the 65 chevy step side with no rust with 283 needs engine work for 100 bucks but has a good body and to get good motors to build get them out of motor homes so far i got 2 454 ho crate motors with paper work on them 450 hp at 485 torque stock , heavy rods steel crank and stroked to 4 in witch saved me 4000 just on the stroke plus the one only had 6000 miles on it with a heavy duty 400 turbo . plus u get oil cooler and trans cooler with twin electric fans that go on the front . fits perfect in a 68 chevy pu with a 94 serpentine belt set up that i got for 50 bucks with every thing . so far i have 1500 in my truck right now it still has the factory paint with full chrome trim . need the chrome around the lights and tires have wheels most important need paint for paint for it . this is y i'm selling parts for more parts that i need or trade for a cowl induction hood if i don't build one .
I’m so glad you put 15s on this truck instead of some stupid 22s
3:13 he is so talented that his hands are self-cleaning! hah hah
Movie magic!
Add all sponsors names or where to get the parts that are getting installed...thx
It was 1971 or 72 with disk
It’s looks good
I see you in so many c10 videos man even from ones from a while back
I think your lower ball joint / spindle combination is incorrect for your application. The hole for the cotter pin is miles away from the castle nut. lol
Son unos genios!!!!
Should have por15 the frame while you have everything out
Disk brakes didn't come on trucks til late 70 and came in full preduction in 71
i don’t know how i didn’t know about this channel before, just tone the music down when people are talking!
Mantap bos ku
take the sway bar off the back, you dont need it and the bed will come down a bit. i dont see how thats a 7" rear drop with all that wheel gap, you should be almost tucking wheel with a 7"
Cheaper way to get a rear end for the same c10?
I have a C-10 rearend... Short wheel-base 1982.... no rust. Chrome bumper. 256345 3899
Yall have to save that a.c. unit! Gut it, seal it, and do something cool with it.
72 is the best grill
i feel like my burgers come out best on an 84...
Gen 3 is where its at for me. True square body.
Damn right Maya marie
That rear end, cost as much as I paid for my 85 C10....
I built my own by going to a salvage, picked up a ford 9 for 75 bucks, bought similar internals to what he got, then welded and drilled my own axles, overall, i paid around 900 to build it
Bruh. No kidding!
Would be better without the music
Brent Gates and probably not spraying so much "3m lube" where's my check
Bolt new stuff on a rustiy frame, yeahhhh, seems legit.... opps, just spray on 3m lube.... lmao !!!!
Doug Leese lmao
so all these chemicals are being washed down the city drains.. well done

FYI, for that last part of the video, the music you put in was louder than your voices. Couldn't really understand you. Mix your audio better.

It will get lower in the rear with time and a full tank of fuel lol
First thing....... the tranny. Brakes don’t stop a truck from rolling, when in park.
I would of just rebuilt the original stuff
Doesn't anyone refurbish parts on vehicles anymore?I remember when you bought rebuild kits for things even the alternator. Now it's let bolt this new part on and everyone says wow.I don't think it's really a rebuild if you put together a bunch of new parts!
Don’t apologize for using 15s lol c10s don’t belong on big wheels
Actually they do lol
Going 15 black mags to 20's was the best thing I ever did for my C10... Well until I get my LS/LQ swapped.
K
Bro u didnt even put it in park lmfao what a joke hahaha
No thanks that looks like a hack job from hell no way would I put a steering column with all those fittings ,who ever design that mess should be fired !!! GM did it right the first time no reason to reinvent the wheel money unnecessarily spent...... garbage !!!!
Lol I was thinking the same thing when I saw that part
I'm getting tired of waiting for episode 4
Couldn't finish watching this, too much music.
Teach us some new.
the is mexican work
What size are those rear tires? When I saw those I jizzed a little
Kill the music
music has to go...
