I replaced my set screw with a regular M4 bolt, and tighten it with my fingertips. To loosen it, I release the side clamps, and wiggle the blade left and right while loosening the bolt with my fingertips. I also 3D printed a little knob for it, but hated constantly having to put it on and take it off (you'll damage your machine if you leave it on)
Awesome video! What do you do when you enter the cut key code and a pop-up reads No Data!? Im also have an issue with it decoding, which then cuts the wrong key. Please help if your can
thanks for sharing that tip! I've broken cutters because of how the machine works with shims.
Cool! I have never had a problem with the shim (but I haven't done a ton either. ) Nice to know there is an option though. Thanks!
Nice info. However I upgraded to the M5 clamp back when that update was released. It cuts those keys perfectly without a shim as well.

Hey man do you offer an online training or live video training. I would be really interested in having one if that's something you can offer.
