Thanks for watching! What are some other ways that you can think of to use this year long type of calendar? Leave me a comment so that we can all learn from each other.

TS: 21:20. When you add a column will it add to the months below? So, if I add a column I would like to add it to every month. Tyvm love your vids.

Adding a column to the top of the table will not add it to the rows below because this table is set up as 2 Separate Tables stacked on top of each other, the first half of the year and the second half of the year.

Great question. The first 11 minutes of this video shows you the details of how to find the best calendar for you, download it, and get it into OneNote. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching and subscribing. 😊🐈‍⬛

I am going to do this tyvm. Question: i have the calendar in the Word doc. How do I highlight the whole thing so I can cut it?

Hi and thanks for watching. When I have my calendar in Word I go down to the bottom right hand corner and I click and drag my mouse so that it selects everything all the way up to the top. Once everything is highlighted I can right click and say copy. I hope this helps.

Is there away so you can have it notify you for an appt?

Unfortunately OneNote is simply a note taking app, A very capable and high functioning note-taking app, but nonetheless still just a note-taking app. It does not have any capabilities for reminders at this time. I just use self discipline and check it frequently🤣

This was amazing! Thank you so much! Subbed and binging on your videos. I manage our family run pharmacy shop in going to get a year long planner for taking staff taking leave, sick days. When tax returns are due monthly, quarterly and yearly.
I used to use one note all the time in my previous corporate life but now that I'm in retail/pharmacy, i need to revisit and see how it can work to help me keep organised as a small business is so much to do!

Question, What do you do if you have a few categories to "track"? Maybe you have birthdays but also home maintenance, subscriptions and goal setting, do you set up pages of Year Long Calendars or just one with many columns? What have you found to be the easiest? I love the whole concept being in my digital calendar, especially the cutting and pasting it to my monthly In Box.

    • @CrystalClearLife

I personally find it easier to have separate calendars for birthdays, maintenance and such and check them each at the beginning of every month as I am setting up my monthly dashboard for task or things to consider for the month. Then you can cut and paste the columns as needed.
But if you prefer fewer calendars to look at, I might suggest doing one calendar with multiple columns for items that stay the same year after year (birthdays/anniverasries, home maintenance, vehicle maintenance, etc. and a different calendar for more fluid items like sunscriptions, bills to pay, goals, etc.
Or a third option might be to set up 12 Monthly calendars with multiple colunms for all the things to track, but put them all on one page in your year long section so they are easy to find.
Being digital is so much easier for me. I am glad you are enjoying it too.

You've been pretty thorough already. 😄 Not everything is for an everlasting calendar: a 'when did I last' like change my toothbrush or started a medication that lasts only so many days after opening. Releases dates, own or family member/friend sports competitions, movies to watch (e.g. in a theater), shows like ballet etc. you might go see, sports team events, when will be shown what like during a major event like paralympics, where several competitions might go on at the same time, any larger events on TV like a royal wedding, moon calendar (some use it for gardening), weird/whacky holidays (forgot what you call them (non native english speaker here)), special sales days like black friday and cyber monday, local holidays, religious holidays, to mark days like the date of death of a loved one to make sure you visit the grave. That's all I can think of right now.

Wow! All great ideas. 👍 I never thought about the sports or major events like Olympics. Thanks again.

@@CrystalClearLife I came up with major events, because I remembered when the winter olympics were in Asia. The events happened during the days Asia time, but it was sometime during the night or early in the morning for me. Btw. I live in Switzerland.
Actually now I remember it was pretty similar with the Superbowl I used to watch a long time ago. It was also out of my usual waking hours and I had to actually take the day off to be able to watch them since they were shown at night.
