Heres adorable Hayden as Lizzie on Guiding Light in a very emotional crying scene which will make you get teary eyed. She was so good at crying. This is from my collection.
Master Epps Young boys usually suck at acting???... What are you talking about???... I suppose you've forgotten all about: Alex Vincent, Barret Oliver, Danny Lloyd, Henry Thomas, Noah Hathaway, Ricky Schroder etc...
I've heard a lot of real screaming and crying from kids over the years, and hers is SO realistic that my stomach tensed!! I was half thinking "Why are they filming this personal moment? Let the girl cry for her mom without an audience!" I bet it was this scene that put her into Child Star Superstardom!
Wow!!!!! This girl can act!!!!! Hayden...that's the most realistic kid crying scene ever!!! Wow!!!!! No wonder you're a HUGE HIT IN HOLLYWOOD!!! And you made that series Nashville" ...for real girl!!! You became a for us for me as this was the first time I saw you acting and I couldn't get enough of that series, BECAUSE OF YOU Hayden. Thank you for all your efforts Hayden, as it's a treat to see you ...even in interviews!!!
Wow, that was very convincing. I cannot get over how real that was. She is so beautiful and such a great actress. I really felt the pain she was going through, Well done, Hayden!
God, she was great even then! I never watched Guiding Light or One Life To Live but having a kid that young pull off a scream that emotional and that scream she put in was spot on! Very impressive for any age but especially for a kid!
Oh my god she is an amazing actress this is so lifelike children actually do cry like that, they scream, tantrum like, god watching this literally made my heartbreak, amazing performances.
Hayden’s crying was me when I was young and first sent to kindergarten and when I had meltdowns over my favourite things even though they weren’t within my control.
Hayden's one of those criers that when she starts she cannot stop. On Nashville she was like that, she and Jonathan Jackson were quite the pair together lol.
I don't know what's funnier. That the people in the comments don't know why Hayden's character's crying... or that they've never heard of this show in their entire lives.
Beth (in the hospital bed) was hit by a car. It's unknown if she did it on purpose after being turned down by Phillip (the dad holding Lizzie (Hayden's character)), or if it was a genuine accident.
Stop crying! Stop crying! Whatever you're feeling, just stuff it. Big girls don't cry. What genius wrote this script? Anyway ... that girl's acting is totally convincing. Looking like you are actually crying on a set is very difficult.
She outclassed the older actors. Kids are just so natural.
What if I tell you that kids are also hardly judge on movies...

Damn, some of the best and most realistic acting I've ever seen on a soap. What a talented little girl.
Wow, that was very convincing. I cannot get over how real that was. She is so beautiful and such a great actress. I really felt the pain she was going through, Well done, Hayden!
Wow what a great young actress she was.
This doesn't seem like acting, it seems like she's for real crying and scared for her mom, kind of weird
How do you get a young actor to cry hysterically like that?
Soph R a very smart one
+Soph R Slap em' around probably.
Swear, an amazing actress.
tell her, her mom had left her at the studio, thats what they done to shirley temple
You ppl are crazy. She's an actress, she can cry on cue. I have a niece that can do the same thing...tears and all....
God, she was great even then! I never watched Guiding Light or One Life To Live but having a kid that young pull off a scream that emotional and that scream she put in was spot on! Very impressive for any age but especially for a kid!
DANG!! She definitely put the older actors to shame. Love her!!
she actually made me cry oh she's good
WOW..Hayden really brought it.. She stole that entire scene from everyone involved...
For real! By comparison all the adults seem totally unrealistic in the situation
God damn that was realistic!
This was really good. Reminds me of Mae Whitman in Hope Floats when her Dad leaves her.
Oh my god she is an amazing actress this is so lifelike children actually do cry like that, they scream, tantrum like, god watching this literally made my heartbreak, amazing performances.
It hits so hard when she cried like that
Wow. She's so good! Best child actor ever
Wow she's a natural.
She is a directors dream.
I used to cry like this all the time to get out of church when I was about her age and it worked
You hated going to church? Well so did I.

Exactly
Panettiere literally appeared in Ice Princess (2005)
Wow shes a very good actress from an early age
Great acting
I don't know what's funnier. That the people in the comments don't know why Hayden's character's crying... or that they've never heard of this show in their entire lives.
First 18 seconds was emotional, but then on, it became annoying.
Just like real kids
TomdaBomb all the more realistic
Hayden will go crazy before she's hits 40.

Which Episode is this?
The Film Expert guiding light has episode from February 2nd 1999 I’m not really sure
@@joshuahood4919 It's from 1998, not 1999. The month and day are correct though. This was after Beth was ran over by a car.
what happened to her!!
Beth (in the hospital bed) was hit by a car. It's unknown if she did it on purpose after being turned down by Phillip (the dad holding Lizzie (Hayden's character)), or if it was a genuine accident.
I feel like pregnant.
