• 1 roll of puff pastry rectangular format
The cream :
• 400 ml of milk (2 cups)
• 4 yolks
• zest of one lemon
• 90 g of sugar (1/3 cup sugar)
• 30 g corn starch (2 tablespoons)
• 200 ml of pre-sweetened whipping cream (1 cup)

I wonder if you could fill these similar to how you would fill a cream puff? Just poke a piping tip in the side and fill them. It may be less messy to eat them that way.

2.Du kannst die Creme auch fertig bekommen, aber im Geschmack ist es ein großer Unterschied.
3.Wenn du es nicht heraus schmeckst dann würde ich es tatsächlich im Supermarkt kaufen.
4.Für alle Feinschmecker aber gilt, selbst gemacht, schmeckt immer besser. 😋
5.Ausserdem macht es Spaß, mit eigenen 👐 und Verstand, in der Küche zu zaubern.
6.Für alle die keinen Bock haben 🐐❌kauft euch doch alles fertig, dann spart man Zeit und Strom. 🤣
