  • A short weekend away in Dawlish from 10-13th April 2009. Giving a chance to do some filming along arguably the most scenic piece of railway in the UK. Dawlish Sea Wall.
Trains pass between 60-70 mph in both directions with services to the South West (Paignton, Plymouth & Penzance) or to the North (Paddington, Exeter & Bristol)
Passing trains are Class 43 HSTs, both FGW and Cross Country (XC), Some Class 220/221 XC Voyages, South West Trains 159s, FGW 150s, 142s, 143s and 153s.
Lots of 2tones from a variety of places along the wall. Some drivers making a nice wave too!
Look out for a crazy unit scene with 3 153s together!
    Enjoy!
