I remember when Route 23 had just come out, and everyone was so excited. When the Aquilan and Antarean Tanks saw each other, everyone stopped fighting and watched the duel of 2 behemoths.

All these tiny little statistical differences weren’t implemented solely for the purpose of making them impervious to other tanks. Any number of things can go wrong when a tank is struck, even if it isn’t penetrated, which it very often was as technology around wartime develops very quickly - optics disabled, crews concussed, shrapnel lodged in crucial exterior modules. It’s implemented this way because THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS.

There’s also plenty of instances where the tank might be hit first, but the crew recovers and keeps fighting. For instance, American Shermans with 75mm guns being rocks to the (very rare) German Tiger and Panther (or Panzer V if you like) tanks. Every single digit of every number does make a difference. It’s up to luck and physics to see how much it counts.

I think it could introduce some interesting lore and diversify the nature of gameplay in Centaura.

The later Sherman's were more survivable, if your hull got hit it probably wont explode, the turret crew could abandon the tank with maybe the loss of a leg or two. There was also an instance where a Tiger got destroyed by 75mm Shells to the front with its engine catching fire, electronics going out, Tracks destroyed, and smoke in the crew compartment making it impossible to operate the tank. And the Panther would rarely get to the front to be fair, have you heard of their reliability? + American Tank Destroyers, which were in good numbers.
Nah, the designers would likely sacrifice lil of that Side armor for better front armor, unless the Pike nose style angle already compensates for that maybe.
So when it’s a 1v1 the aquilian tank wins every time. However though. Thanks to Antares mass producing their tanks like T-34s their higher numbers give them the advantage in an all out war

If we use the inspiration for both tanks, by theory the antares "a7v" in the case of movility wins agaist the aquilian "Saint Chamon" ( sorry to all french speaker for the grammar) with its weigth but this is just in theory.
if classic got really really bored and had a lot of free time and makes a crossover of DEAD AHEAD and CENTAURA with tanks and vehicles like war thunder, i think it would be one of the most popular war games in roblox

i was in a antearean tank during a game, and it blew up twice which resulted in me getting glitched with no hp, so for 10 minutes a became a god and coudn't die... so i was just there standing and observing the aquilans. [and no the game still counted me as dead so i could not take any points or shoot at them nor use melee]
After this battle possibly Aquila and Antares might consider improving their tank deigns after th at highway engagement their next battle might be a tank battle but that would be a while since the next map is near the coast and seems like the Cetus navy is giving fire support but again they might screw up who is friendly and who is foe
Its kind of like the T34& Sherman vs Tiger tanks. Yes the Tigers are better armored, but they are so outnumbered by the allied tanks that it’s advantages are nullified.
guts and blackpowder has its community because it brings a gimmick to the table in the zombie game community, you aren't armed with a AR15 capable of mowing down zombies, your armed with a musket. which is slow. centaura is basically just a mixture of dead ahead players and people who enjoy the brutality of it.
Because they're different games and people have different interests. In my opinion, Centaura's gameplay is average. The only thing that brings it up from the other ww1 roblox games is its graphics. Guts and blackpowder has a unique idea of muskets against zombies. I suck at centaura, which is why i dont play it
It's a prequel... about how antares conquered the continent before moving onto hydrus with Orion and whatnot. They won't add orion, they already have all the lore planned out and Orion decided to not interfere after a referendum or something. Go to the wiki if you want to learn more
