No, the most important thing is creating any deformity
If you do not create any deformity then no problem and during lengthening, we don't change your joint alignment.
It doesn't matter how many cm you lengthen as long as you don't change the bony alignment. However if you lengthen even 1 cm, when you change the bony alignment, it's bad.

@@LiveLifeTaller oh ok i am 177cm in height but i want to be around 185cm but i watched dr donghoon lee's video on long term effects of leg lengthening and he discussed how if the doctor does not pay attention to the bone alignment ( he said the alignment can be changed by the pressure the muscles will put on the joints due to lenghtening bones and the doctor needs to monitor the alignment regularly ) if he does not then it can lead to permanent knock knees and potentially arthritis in the long term. Is this taken care of in turkey doctor ?
