For this recipe you need:
- 500 grams of mushrooms
- 6-7 boiled potatoes
- 1 boiled carrot
- Onions
- garlic
- Parsley
- salt

My hubby had quintuple heart bypass surgery 4 years ago. There is a "red" meat more highly recommended by the Heart Association than lean white Chicken breast - American Bison (buffalo). There is a buffalo ranch near us, we get it direct from them, great meat, tastes like grass fed beef; cook low & slow.
