Since we’ve been in this quarantine, I’ve felt a strong urge to get crystals. I have so far only looked at Etsy and bought some. I agree that when they came, they were ALOT smaller then what I pictured in my head (even though I saw the measurements). I stumbled across your video and have started looking at the Instagram live sales (which I totally never knew was a thing). I haven’t purchased anything yet cause I didn’t know how it all worked, so thank you for this video! One question, are all of the Instagram live sales through PayPal? All the accounts say I’ll send you an invoice, but they don’t specifically explain what that means. Can you explain how the actual buying works?
Hi Emily 😊 the majority are. Usually after purchasing from a live sale during the live they as if you can sens them your email for a paypal invoice. You would just dm them your email and they will send and invoice via that email. I recently opened up my shop on Etsy and do all of my transactions by send folks order links and have them do it in Etsy. Alll depends on the seller 😊 let me know if you have anymore questions.
I’m in nyc too, some places are pricy. But check out rock star crystals on 146 w 26 st, crystals garden on 1st ave in a he city and Ruby’s house of crystals in Brooklyn
I am obsessed with the one on 5th ave!! It’s called Astro gallery I believe!! Also, I stopped by one call Lita trading corporation on Broadway that shop is lit!!

Hi Laura, thank you so much. It depends on what type of crystals you would like in your shop. Some folks like to carry only certain crystals or a variety. It all depends on how you want to run your shop. I would say stay away from beginner crystals when starting because they are so common. Maybe try to launch with more unique pieces to grab people attention and later down the line offer beginner crystals.
@@annascrystalshop thank you so much I am more interested in geodes clusters and different types of raw striking pieces plus the usual tumbled stones. I only have a small budget I am not keen on heated treated or dyed crystal either.

You are saving customers weeks, if not months, of heart ache! I hope people realize the importance of your video and the tips you provided.
