Good morning!
Ref the cabinets in the kitchen, they already are shaping up nicely...
I really like the bar setup so you can all commiserate while cooking...
Super thoughtful process putting this together, I'm really impressed!
Kudos...
Ref the beach, how strange is it that 62 to Freedom's beach was damaged, while yours was actually built up...
Life on the beach... A new adventure every season...
Being able to tap into the water on the beach (no pun intended) is so nice, in spite of the challenges...
Good stuff!
TC...
🙏🙏🙏
👍😎👍
The sunset is beautiful.
As you know, so many people have been lost due to severe flooding as a result of hurricane Helene. You’ve created a pretty invincible storm proof compound. Can’t wait to see the new rooms go up.
Even with just the counter top it looks awesome 👏
You have a lot more skill in designing and putting together those cabinets! I was holding my breath as the guys were removing the forms... 😲🤔
Looking forward to seeing the end results 👍
I really like the design of the kitchen😂
Thanks 😅
Happy Birthday and amazing work on the kitchen so far.
Thank you x2
We are all very sick up here also,,combination weather and rain, air conditioning and same thing, cough is the bite that hurts the most,,get better soon as we are trying to recover also..take care..😊
Sorry to hear that get BETTER ! Thank you
Drink pine needle tea it will help you feel better quickly. Actually works fast no joke James.
Badminton on the beach, doesn’t get better 😊

Belated happy birthday. Continue getting well. 👍🏻
Happy birthday buddy James
Thank you
Get well soon mate
HEALTH Beverage ; Consider this kind of Tea; Fresh Ginger, Cinnamon sticks, Mint leaves. Put them in a pot. poor hot water in it. Then cover for 10 minutes. Then poor through a strainer. Then poor in a cup add honey stir and drink.
Yeah 62 got hit hard. He’s a good old Virginia boy. As I am. He is now building his walls out more to protect his fence.he only lived about 40 miles from me when he was in va.
👍
Some of these viruses can be hard to shake that’s for sure. All the best on the recovery.
Hey James, nice progress mix vanilla extract with water and sprayed on your exposed skin at night. It keeps mosquitoes away the bonuses your wife will say you smell like dessert when you come to bed! 😊
Funny you bring that up about 62 and freedom I was checking his video out about the beach in just about commented on his channel he needs to check out your success with your gabion cages!
his wall looks nice.
Belated happy Birthday sir
Thank you
Try fresh boiled ginger tea with honey and lemon added. Also, chew on two gloves 2x a day. Get well soon.
kitchen is shaping up nicely and i hope you are feeling better . wanted to ask if they sell a kitchen countertop blend of cement for doing a smooth type finished cement counter? or stuff to polish cement to a smooth finish ? thanks for all the great content .
It can surely be done you could cast the sink and all if you wanted
Sure cracked me up when Mel said she was on your ass.
she is ALWAYS on my ASS for something. You just don't know.
Get better soon. U would have been ok to mingle. U can’t catch Dengue from another person but you can pass it back to a mossie. 😂😂😂. and u will have some resistance now to that type. Unfortunately there are another 3 strains. 🥴. Good to see yr beach structures still solid. Testament to good engineering me thinks. Soldier on and have a party when u feel better. 🎉
Feel better with love from faux danger
LMAO
I know you don’t want any medical advice but I’ll just give you one piece anyway… drink moringa tea.
I ate Tinola Manok a lot while sick. That is made with Moringa and the soup from it is the best along with the green papaya. Your right it is a great choice.
@@TexasFilipino good to hear you are on the mend guys.appreciate you updating us all, whilst under the weather( lot of time and effort, editing ect!!).
Lovely seeing the kids enjoying the badminton, used to play my mother, on a summer evening in our garden back in England, until it got too dark .
Our old kitchen counter top, was marble tiles from Romblon. Wondered if you considered making another trip there? Excuse for more ornaments?! Lol
Take care and thanks for providing good content for my early morning viewing( often well before 4.00 am!!( Nice and quiet, apart from the roosters! Lol)). Rega
rds to all. Roger
It's good you feel better, we can hear the congestion. I have no advice here, but it is painful to watch the brothers' work around splinters and nails barefoot. 😰😬 I know, it's hot, and I watched enough to know it's a Philippines thing, but dang, they have to be safe. ✌️💯 Get well soon.
They dont like to wear shoes..they prefer slipper
In asian cultural context, shoes are always forbidden inside the house. Contractors will either be barefoot, clean their shoes thoroughly, or wear special "chinelas pambalay" (indoor flip flops). Using shoes inside's someone's home is a sign of disrespect in an asian house. Its like saying "your floor is so dirty that I wouldn't put my bare feet on it". Even if you ask them to leave their shoes on, they will ALWAYS INSIST that they take it off.
@@jedidazed3390 I understand, I've been studying Asian culture. My point is injury! A nail, screw or splinter slows down progress, but I guess Pilipine time works well with that.
@@JustMeLive you can always ask them to leave their shoes on, but they will decline 8 times out of 10
They are comfortable working without shoes inside the house or slippers outside the house.
Remember, when you go swimming always wear a bathing suit…. You are not still in Texas. 👙
Those guys need to put shoes on
They are working in the house. No shoes in the house in Asia!
How long ago was this video taken?
i am on an island just north of NW Panay island. Maybe i am on the calm side (east) and got to miss all the rough weather conditions or this vid is a few days old
Haven't seen anything of concern or notices from Coast Guard station western Visayas and Romblon for about 4 days or so
sept 21
@TexasFilipino now that make lot more sense
Ya, travel was very rough then.
Was scuba diving week before was still rough times
I sure wouldn’t have taken that one piece of wood underneath the thin part of the front of the sink
It has steel right thru it , we got this. Warning*** We are professionals - do not try this at home ha ha ha Good morning John
So uh,,, i guess the drought is over.
Building the Ark now
Well, to be honest, you never were Pretty 😂.
Sorry you having to deal with the crud.
BTW happy birthday to you. Another trip around the sun.
I hear that. Make a freight train detour on a dirt road.
