The exercises they are doing are heaps similar to our school rowing program, pretty grueling stuff
then you don't watch enough different sports. I could easily name 50+ physically hard sport.

thats not true, theyre legs are but not necessairly upper body. there are lots of nasty pros who are a little chubby but have strong as hell legs
