I got the same popcorn machine but every time I make popcorn the outside is crunchy but inside is a lil soggy...any ideas please let me know because I'm using the measuring cups that they give you. However I love the machine looks awesome best Christmas gift ever. Thanks for the video.

I think you need to turn off the kettle a bit early in the process, mine is too strong..

I bought a larger model from this company. Worked great for 2 years then just stopped heating one day. Company will not take calls & does not reply to emails regarding warranty & replacement parts. They keep selling existing 16oz. Kettles but tell folks they are no longer stocking replacement parts. Bummer that these good ideas go the cheap route

Worked at an elementary school where they had a Popcorn machine like this for years popcorn comes out great and if they had it for years must be a reliable machine

This looks similar to the 8 oz. Foundation Vintage model I just purchased. However there is no instruction as to how to assemble the storage shelf with the sides and what holds the shelf in place with the sides after the short and long frames on the cart are attached to the bottom of the shelf. Can anyone please help on this?
I am not familiar with the foundation vintage model but I just assembled the great northern model. For Great Northern you start the cabinet assemble by attaching the front door panel to the bottom ‘floor’ panel with the small machine screws and nuts. You then do the same for attaching the panel opposite of front door. Once those are in place, the left and right side panels slide into place via the slotted holes and tabs on panel. The Handle and Shelf are attached after all cabinet panels are in place via the 8 short bolts, washers and nuts with washers placed under nut inside the cabinet. Hope that helps.
