Im in the vid, so im gonna answer some stuff because why not. Im the dude in ur comment section, the one in the vid and in ur discord, not a coincidence. Also, i did not make the team just before the battle. But i did replace my politoed (second rain setter) with overquil. (That is also why i accidentally saced my pellipper r1, because i was used to have a backup rain setter incase i mess up)
(Another reason i usually have 2 weather setters is to get an advantage against opposing weather teams)
Although 2 RAIN setters can be helpful in some situations but most of the time it is better to run some wall breaker instead

@@dracomenace Well that is true. I could maybe use a wall breaker. The closest thing i have to a wall breaker is my kingdra, but it can at times struggle with specially defensive water resists or priority. But i also value free switches a lot in my playstyle, so hmm... ill have to think about it.
You could try having manual rain on your pelliper in case you want to predict an enemy setter to switch in
I found Okidogi to be really good in this format. Most people don't bring psychic types and Poison-type Psychic Fangs shuts down Grimmsnarl. Guard Dog over Toxic Chain can catch Lando-T's off guard too
Seems like an interesting choice
Scream Tail is really dangerous in this format. Fairy type Boomburst is really powerful and it gets psychic noise to stop Clod from recovering.
I think gotta try it
@@dracomenace I managed to use a spread that makes it boosts its Special Attack stat in the sun. Sure that means it's slow and only HP investment, but the power of specs Boomburst with proto active is worth the cut in speed. You can also use a speedy spread which allows Scream Tail to outspeed stuff like Scarf Latios in the sun and +1 Kyurem/Kommo O.
I would like to see a Ground Type Facade Gliscor with Flying type Knock Off, then Protect and Swords Dance, that must be nasty 🧐🧐

Psychic Fangs and Psychic Noise are must-have moves for this OM and should be first or second slot (whichever isn't psychic typed to hit dark types)
