Hello Sir,I want to apply for studying in Romania in 2019 but my 12 results will come in first week of September,I visited the website of studyinromania.gov.ro and it is mentioned by using previous certificates and by taking some certifications from Embassy one can apply for admission and then submit the higher school certificate after when it is available.how to do these processes at embassy??
