What exactly you mean by circular motion..?
In breastoke After arms are spread wide and we pull our arms vertically down towards our chin... that is a kind of triangular pull...
What exactly you mean by circular motion...?

If you look at the underwater path of the arm, it's pretty circular. However it doesn't FEEL that way.
