- We are joined by professional footballer Chris Long.
Chris talks of his journey through football coming through at Everton academy to moving onto other clubs such as Burnley, Brentford and now Crewe Alexandra.
He also tells us of some stories of his trips away with the England age groups, playing with the likes of Harry Kane, Luke Shaw and Jacob Murphy.
Finally Chris talks of stories including Sean Dyche and Joey Barton, alongside making his Everton debut in the Europa League.

I worked as a volunteer for his Father at a garage in Edge Hill (I said Wavertree originally but it wasn't in Wavertree it was just called Wavertree as a company), that volunteer job helped change my life, always troubled always struggled with jobs and then I done that and after that I got in B&M warehouse via agency and eventually got fired from the list but from that volunteer job alone I got a job at ASDA which was never me as a person you know at the time and then I did like 5 years of that but during that time I never had an education or grades as a kid so I applied for a music production course about a year into my job and over 5 years later to now I am on my BA from level 2, looking to do a PGCE and then a Masters but it all started with the garage, I got fired from ASDA unfortunately but while at ASDA I made investments into the companies shares and that funded my purchases of a laptop and Cubase years later to make music and when I got sacked from ASDA I withdrew the investments and I have just been getting by sound ever since got more music stuff I've learned loads but it all started with his father and grandmother it would never have been possible without them, I worked there when he made his debut and I told his Dad to tell him good luck, never forget it, such a wonderful family!
