I’ve been struggling for a couple years to find what i want to do career wise and last year when i got my son’s bloodwork, urine and still labs done, and other labs i was amazed how much I had to change his diet because his gut, gi tract, and microbiome were damaged and he was significantly deficient even though he ate super healthy and had almost 0 fast food. Ever since then I’ve been wanting to explore this career path and now I’m just even more reassured that this is something i really want to do. Thank you for making these videos 🙌🏽

I have absolutely loved your past couple of videos. There all so different and educational or fun. Definitely keep going, some of the best content you've put out in a while!
Very interesting to hear about how much of this comes down to psychology, behaviour, habits, emotion, mindfulness/awareness rather than what everyone always claims about questionable health “facts.” I disagree with a handful of things mentioned in this video (based on reading the primary literature - “expertise” tends to be biased, not crazy about the vague inflammation claims, I cringed when she said “caused” or blamed food for a poorly understood medical condition) but I think the biggest takeaway message is to check in with your thoughts and emotions, and engage mindfully with your diet and you’ll be a-okay! Also the research doesn’t support the food sensitivity hypothesis for IBS or the yeast overgrowth, and the gut microbiome is horribly misunderstood and poorly studied...

Im going to try small salad protein veggie meals . I notice the biggest thing in trying to lose a lot weight is relearning new food meals diet, and this why slow diet change is better to weed out bad diet for the long stretch. While slowly building work out patterns. To avoid the yoyo old pattern sugar carb addiction and lazy patterns.
I'd love if she came back on ans talked about hormones specifically, I've just come off birth control in order to balance mine naturally and there is sooo much condratictory information out there
You should look up seed cycling with applesandamandas!!! It's a natural and gentle method of regaining and regulating your period that lots of women claim to have success with
