Your 'Finish a track' (covering inspiration, recording, mixing and mastering) is a great format that you excel at explaining in an informative yet entertaining way

thanks! Sadly is the format that has less engagement, so I keep it on Patreon only!

thank you for sharing your workflow! i fell in love with making electronic music about a year ago. since then i am constantly experimenting with sounds and seeing what sounds and workflow suits me best. i have watched a ton of videos on yt and lots of them were helpful. most of them target a different audience of future hiphop/edm producers tho where everything should be super clean, tons of plugins and all. it was refreshing to see you appreciating noise/hiss and its textures and keeping it simple. and you explaining it in a very down to earth fashion. i have finished arranging two dozen songs but often started a new project and pushed mixing/mastering away bc it seemed to be too complicated and boring in comparison. now i am kinda excited about mixing my next song. your approach seems very playful! i like that!

if you approach all the parts with simplicity you will find joy, i think.the key is not to overdo or have expectations. Find the tools that resonates with you and try not to compare yourself with other artist too much. Find your sound and cherish that, it will make you unique.

Great Video, thanks a lot for guiding us through your work process! The one thing that would make this gem even better in my eyes is having chapters / segments in the video on TH-cam so that ppl could jump straight to specific sections when rewatching this.

I was looking forward to this section of the series. I was thinking the scraping sound could nice through a granulator, or spectral blur

Nice Video. Question.....In your Workflow, Design & Compose and Mixing is always separated ? I think (my Workflow inthebox, or focused on DAW)
    in electronic Music :
Sounddesign, Composing & Mixing is like a Transition. So, i do lowcut and EQ-Tweaks always while i do Sound-Design and -Selection. It is just like a nearly finished „RAW“-Mix. 🤔😎

I try to arrive at the mixing stage with the sounds basically almost there. I really do little on the daw usually. So i spend a little more time dealing with sound design and eq and levels before.
