I am certain that the plant will not flower like this in 45 days using this method of propagation. For flowering the bougainvillea stem must become very mature and it will take atleast six months.

Hay que transplantarlas de nuevo a tierra directamente sería lo mejor pero sino puedes , pues entonces las transplantas a una maceta de las más grandes y llénala dd tierra buena. Yo lo estoy logrando así h le pongo tierra nueva cada ciertos periodos de tiempo . Es como único se logran en cautiverio porque no están en tierra directamente en un patio por ejemplo . Por eso es recomendable macetas súper grandototas exageradamente pues ella casi se convierten en árboles . Pero se puede lograr . Ya tengo tres colores y bien florecidas y vivo en un piso alto . Caen hacia abajo los gajos llenos de hermosas florecillas . Son una bendición . Porque refrescan el entorno ., y te traen colores nuevos a la vida .

Yes, you can't get that much and so long roots and leaves in 15 days. And it doesn't flower in 45 days !! The photographs seem morphed.

That glue is probably "tincture benzoin'' solution, using in dressing of minor skin injuries ( abrasions, cuts and cracks etc.)
