Cooking Perfect Tenderloin Steak Salad on Easter - Seared & Baked Medium Rare: LIVE

I show you how to sear and bake a tenderloin steak to perfection! I used this slice of beef to top a salad for a late dinner to end our Easter day. This cut of beef is great on salad, as a stand alone steak with toppings and sides or any way you'd like it. This is my first live video on TH-cam, and I plan on uploading live videos on a regular basis. I use a instant read thermometer and a grill pan to get the right temperature consistently throughout the steak.
