Oh sweetie I found a great way to get flawless stenciling from another crafter/ sore owner. Use a make up brush with permanent ink!!! It comes out great every time! The crafter is Lisa from Our Shabby Cottage. Girl you will never go back to brushes!!!
Lisa is amazing! I had another crafter comment that she uses ink and a make-up brush. I'm definitely going to go stalk Lisa's channel and find the video so I can try it. Thanks so much ❤️🦋
I love all of these beautiful thrift flips!! The chair planter is my favorite! Very clever using the little spools for the hooks!! I loved the idea!! I loose my coffee all the time in my craft room and my house....lol tfs❤
I use alcohol in a spray bottle to clean stencils after each use. I also like to use an ink pad with an oval makeup brush instead of paint for my stencils. I think they're called blending brushes. I get ink on the oval makeup brush and use circular motions on top of the stencil. I hope that makes sense.
That's a good idea. Cute little feet look good on almost everything 😍 I think these will be headed to restock my booth. It's on the bare side this week.
Off load every time you pick up paint and use the paint that you off loaded. Using a light pouncing or light handed swirl motion. It might need two or three coats to get the coverage you want.
I use baby wipes right away too 🎉
Baby wipes are always to the rescue for everything ❤️

I made a tray for my bathroom heater area but it ended up too big for my heater 😂❤ Measure twice, craft once 😂❤ that's how it goes right? 🤪🎊♥️
No doubt! I'm sure my cats would have knocked it down anyway. Lol

I use ink to do all my stenciling-once I started using ink I never went back-crisp lines and no bleeding
I love this idea. What do you use to apply the ink? Thank you ❤️
When my stencils items are dry I always lightly sand to make look a little more worn and primitive.
That's a great tip! Thank you for sharing ❤️
