DG shipping and IMU requires minimum 60 % PCM now . It would be better if you could call and confirm this from IMU itself . There are some colleges which admits students with PCM less than 60%. But I suggest not to join in such colleges . They may be a low C1or C2 CIP grade institutes . Also it will be a problem to give 2nd mate exams in India of you haven't completed the DNS Course after fulfilling DG requirement. So please get it clarified from IMU itself.
